I apologize for the coffee maker, they are new and perhaps they were not plugged in properly, we have child proof outlets and sometimes it's deceiving weather they are all the way plugged in. I will share your comments with our team, who I am certain will look into the fan situation. But from what I have been told in the past the fans do work but they are sound less.
