The hotel is located far from JR Sapporo station, requiring a 15-minute walk with luggage. The corridor leading to the hotel is very quiet, which may not be suitable for a single woman or girl to walk alone. It is challenging to call an Uber. The front desk staff are unable to speak English. Additionally, the hotel does not provide shower caps, and the WiFi signal is weak. The slippers provided are used and not disposable.

The subway tunnel directly links the JR station and the subway with the hotel. You don't need to walk on the street when it is raining and snowing. They have hot springs in the hotel too although it is not big. I really recommend you to try this hotel when you are in Sapporo.

2連泊しました。 もっと泊まりたいと思うほど、ホテルでの時間も充実してました。 ラウンジも居心地良く、フードとドリンクも大満足。 2階にあるバーの奏星。 雰囲気も素敵でオリジナルカクテルを好みを聞きながら作ってくれました。とても贅沢な気分を味わいました！ 朝食も充実。どれもこれも美味しいです。 オススメはトマトジュース。 大浴場も清潔でゆっくり入れて旅の疲れを癒すことができました。 本当に素敵な時間をありがとうございました！

새 호텔이라 모든 것이 깨끗했고 서비스나 대욕장 모두 좋았음. 단 하나 유일한 단점은 문을 닫으면 그 사이로 바람소리가 엄청났다는 것. 창문을 다 잠가 봐도 소용이 없었음.

由JR Station 經underground 行去酒店那段路沒有指示牌，很難找到 exit 15，而且通過的那棟大廈都沒有明確指示

年の瀬の家族旅行で2泊しました。事前のリクエストに応えていただき、眺望の良い部屋に宿泊出来て満足です。 新規開業だけあってとても綺麗な施設です。ＪＲ札幌駅の北側、徒歩5分位で便利な場所（穴場）。 朝食バイキングも美味しくいただきました。大浴場にサウナがあって個人的に良かったのですが、一つだけマイナスポイントはサウナ入浴時のメガネ置き場が無かったことです。 この点の改善をよろしくお願いします🙇
