NÃO TEM CAFÉ DA MANHÃ - Propaganda enganosa!
Pousada bem localizada, em uma região nobre de São Paulo, em uma rua calma e bem arborizada, mas também com prédios e casas. Ao chegar no local fomos bem atendidos pelo recepcionista Fábio, que nos deu dicas de restaurantes e nos ofereceu café e banheiro, como não estava no horário do check-in, deixamos apenas o carro em uma das DUAS únicas vagas que existe na pousada e saímos. Ao retornar no final da tarde para o check in, recebemos as chaves e nos foi passado pelo mesmo recepcionista, que apesar de ter local para o café, o mesmo estava em reforma, sendo assim, ele ofereceria um pão e uma fruta mais o café puro, pela manhã e teríamos que comer no quarto (???). Fiquei extremamente chateada e assustada com essa informação, pois fechamos a estadia, próxima ao local que iríamos participar de um evento esportivo, e o escolhemos diante de diversos locais, justamente um que ofecesse café da manhã, pois não dá para participar de um evento esportivo, sem comer! Um verdadeiro absurdo o que ouvimos… mas, gentilmente solicitamos ao recepcionista que pelo menos tivessem ovos no café e ele disse que faria sim para nós, e realmente pela manhã, fez os ovos e pães com frios para comermos e ofereceu apenas café puro. Era o que ele poderia fazer no momento, mas achei algo de extrema irresponsabilidade e falta de profissionalismo a OFERTA do café da manhã e ao chegarmos no local, não ter nada do que vimos em fotos. Apesar desse contratempo horrível, o quarto era limpo e chuveiro era bom!

Justo pelo preço oferecido.
No geral é nota 7, os atendentes são ótimos, mas a cama de solteiro é duara e desconfortábvel e travesseiros antigos que não lhe fornecem uma boa noite de sono. Fiquei em um quarto com ventilador de teto no qual o mesmo é muito fraco, ajuda pouquíssimo a ventilar o quarto. Referente ao banheiro, estava tudo limpo e funcionando adequadamente.
