"Absolutely brilliant place to stay, very close to Mindelo and WALKING distance to the airport. One of the best places we stayed in the whole of CV islands, with all the luxury one is used to in Europe, including comfy bed and working warm showers, there’s even a pool in the hotel terrace. Walking distance to the beach and some great eateries. For a few dollars you can catch an Aluguer from Mindelo to here and have some peace and quiet away from busy Mindelo. The restaurant is also very nicely...

"Nice colonial era house that has been converted to a B&B. Rooms are all on inner courtyard with a pool. Hotel is in a good location. Very convenient to all attractions. Rooms don't have air conditioning, only fans. Had to pay in cash when checking out."

"The guy the works 11to7 was very unprofessional went to my room I was there by myself try to enter my room that was very scary when we confronted him he said was an Italian guy he didn’t know that my husband speaks Italian we ask the Italian guy he said no my room is down stairs not on the second floor "

"Das Grundstück von Anny ist sehr schön. Leider ist es uns schwer gefallen uns selbst zuverpflegen, da sich in der Unkunft nur eine Mikrowelle, Toaster und Wasserkocher befinden. Dank der liebenswerten Besitzerin erhielten wird gekochte Eier. Die Unterkunft läd für alle Reisende ein, die gerne Essengehen oder mit einer Bortzeit auskommen."

Ils nous ont laissé notre chambre jusqu'à 17h30 pour notre dernier jour contrairement à certains hôtels, ce qui est un vrai plus. Vue sur Praia de laginha, plage à 50m. "It is a low cost hostel and well worth the money. Nice big room with a big bathroom and a small balcony. It was clean, but could do with a little renovation. The staff were friendly and spoke good English and they provided me with a bag with some breakfast, since I had to leave before 5 am. I will happily stay there again. "

"Simple but very nice place to stay in the mountains of Santo Antao for a few days. Very good breakfast and dinner. Only communication was sometimes a bit difficult, because host and staff only speak Portuguese."
