Fabulous place to stay on all aspect. Friendly staff, helpful, walking distance to restaurant and shopping. The breakfast could use fresher hard boiled eggs. Coffee was so bitter close to 10:00 from sitting for so long. But we loved everything else on the property and staff were wonderful. Highly recommend this location.

The hotel has exactly what you want for a regular stay. It’s in a safe location within walking distance to coffee shops, a big shopping mall, and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of items. Very clean room.

Overall this was a good stay. The bathrooms especially could use an upgrade. Paint was peeling and the door didn’t shut correctly. Beds were ok. You could definitely hear traffic outside but not surprising given the location. We were also on the third floor so better to ask for something higher up. I put white noise on my phone and that was enough at night. The staff was always helpful and nice, and the breakfast was decent enough. Location is good, buses are close and metro about a 10 minute walk. It’s one of the cheaper hotel chains in the area, so if you don’t necessarily need something more polished, this is a good option.

Good value, nice neighborhood, great staff
Great staff response prior & during our 4 day stay. Leslie arranged a last minute transfer to Valparaiso & tour with White Tours, Bernice & Rodrigo. They saved the day & made the day great The room was modern, updated. Many restaurants in the area within an easy walk.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, es una muy buena area para quedarse, hay muchos restaurantes y un centro comercial a 10 minutos andando, toda la comuna(Las Condes) es bonita para caminar, tambien esta el parque bicentenario cerca, el hotel es comodo, el personal muy amable, la unica sugerencia es dar mas opciones en el desayuno, esta muy bien para 2 o3 dias pero en estancias mas largas aburre un poco desayunar lo mismo cada dia

The staff at this hotel were particularly helpful and friendly. They always had a smile and a friendly greeting for us and plenty of helpful suggestions on things to do and places to visit. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and had lots of choice. There was a good sized gym. Our room had a spectacular mountain view, which I would really recommend. The hotel was in walking distance of many good restaurants, the big Costanera Mall and the subway. The rooms were spacious and clean. A special mention to Barbara, Maria Jose, Nicole and Belen who truly made us feel at home during our visit.
