This is my second Camino and second time back to stay. I would not want to stay any where else. In particular the staff go above and beyond. Very caring and thoughtful. Front desk, breakfast staff and housekeeping. All exceptional. I will return.

This is a beautiful hotel right near the cathedral and east to find. The staff are fabulous and helpful. The room was lovely, larger than expected, with a large bathroom, great shower and even a bidet! Very comfy bed and pillows. The breakfast buffet was great and included scrambled eggs and bacon. It was a lovely treat to stay here after finishing our Camino.

It is one of my best hotel stays so far. It is cozy and makes you feel you are at house. Sandra made our stay even more remarkable. She was beyond helping to find our luggage that had been missed by the airline. Still missing, but Iberia could not stop us from enjoying the stay in the beautiful Santiago de Compostela. Remember the breakfast, with the chocolate, the toast with ground tomatoes etc, etc.

I had always wanted to stay at this hotel and it did not disappoint! I had a very lovely single room that I was able to check into early and drop off my backpack so that I could attend noon Mass. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The location couldn’t be beat! I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was located within steps of the cathedral, market, shopping and restaurants. We loved it! Parking is at the public parking garage a few blocks away if driving a car.

Best location: Pilgrims Museum and the Cathedral is about 2 minutes away. Registration was smooth. The receptionist was very helpful. Rooms was clean, and spacious. The elevator was really tight.

I liked the area around the cathedral for dining options and shopping and the pilgrims mass. All of the staff was great and Sandra was especially helpful.

Hotel surpassed expectations. Right in the heart of old town. Rooms are spotless. Hotel has a lot of character. If the cathedral is on the itinerary one couldn't ask for a better location. Staff are amazing. Breakfast was really well done. Off site parking in one of the nearby public garages is a bit tricky as most of the streets in the historic centre are for pedestrians only. A charming town to visit and this is the place to stay. Have no problem recommending this hotel to friends and family, would easily book another stay without hesitation.

Amazing staff
Amazing staff. Sooooo helpful. Rooms are incredibly nice and comfortable. Location is meters away from the main church. So many bars and restaurants nearby.

A gem of a hotel
This hotel came highly reviewed, with a great price. We arrived late, the taxi will take you to your door. We paid €23 from the airport. The hotel was in a brilliant location, just around the corner from the cathedral. We were checked in by a helpful and quirky chap - I likened him to Basil Fawlty! We were shown to our room and given a helpful map. The room was lovely, beautifully clean with a fridge, hairdryer, soap in the shower and a tv. The only downside about the room was that it wasn’t very soundproof. The floor was really creaky when walking around. We could also hear the people in the room above us moving around. The breakfast was the highlight. Delicious scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages, as well as thick slices of tasty bread, fruit, yoghurts and pastries. The coffee was so good! All staff were friendly and helpful, we found so many nice places to hang out to eat and drink. Sadly the weather wasn’t on our side, but the hotel’s umbrella service was really helpful! I recommend a city tour which we booked through Trip Advisor. So much history on the town, with recommendations on food and drinks.
