We had several communications with you during your stay and would have been happy to bring additional items for the kitchen and bed if we would have been notified. Regarding the inaccurate fee, the pet fee price is listed in the description for the property. We only received notification of a dog staying at the property after our inspector went over to deliver some additional kitchen utensils and cookware four hours before the agreed upon arrival time of 4pm and discovered the dog, resulting in a pet fee being added to the reservation. We do care about making sure our guest have everting they need upon arrival. In our rental agreement, that guest sign, it shares what Initial items Sanddollar One supplies upon arrival. This is to make sure if a guest arrives after hours that have the essential supplies needed until the guest can visit a grocery store the next day. Please see below the copy of these initial items. Housekeeping and Initial Supplies: Your vacation accommodations will be cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival and after your departure. You will be responsible for the cleaning of your own unit during your stay and for leaving the unit in good condition at check-out. Daily maid service is not included. We respectfully request that you remember that you are staying in someone's home during your vacation; please treat it with care as you would your own. Linens (Bathroom, Kitchen and Bedroom) are provided and are the renter's responsibility to wash, if needed. If requested, we can supply new towels and linens for a fee. Guests are to provide their own beach towels. The provided towels and linens may not be removed from the unit. Your reservation includes a one-time linen and towel set-up, an initial starter set up of trash liners, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and facial soap. The guest is responsible for purchasing these items, as well as cleaning supplies, once the initial supply is gone. This adorable condo stays booked solid during peak season and after investigating our records the guest prior did not report an issue with the shower. Once we were notified , our maintenance personnel came and unclogged the shower. We had intended to take care of all your needs with one visit however; our maintenance manager did regretfully forget to bring the extra linens. This is not an ordinary task he is asked to do therefore; it did slip his mind. We were attempting to accomplish all requested items with one visit to the unit. After reviewing our time stamped notes of the communication between the guest and Sanddollar , it shows we responded within 1 hour to bring the extra linens however; you did not want our licensed staff to enter. All we need to do was drop off the linens. Potential future guest should look at the repetitive 5 star reviews. Our service speaks for itself.
