Great Time on 30A
Condo was fabulous. Had everything we needed. We could only fit 2 beach chairs in our vehicle on the way from Wisconsin and were prepared to purchase 4 more. When we arrived, we were pleased to find 6 beach chairs plus 3 bogie boards on the balcony! Beach was only a 3 minute walk.

Spring Break
Had a wonderful week at this condo! We used the Convenient shuttle to beach and rented bikes to get most everywhere else. Condo was equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella.

Amazing week
This condo was perfect for our extended family of 7. The unit was well stocked in everything we needed. Location to the beach is great!! Location to get to other restaurants in area was good. Only complain is shuttle to beach was lacking.

Great place and great location- but pricier than advertised
The place was nicely appointed, beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need except a colander. All the appliances are in great shape and there are thoughtful extras like beach chairs. The complex is in good shape, nice pool and a golf cart escort to the farther beach entrance if you want to go right by the dune lake. The overall location is one of our favorites in 30a, short walk to the beach and medium walk to the dune lake, quiet section on 30a but still a short bike ride or car ride to food and entertainment. I definitely recommend this place- but know that the nightly cost will work out to be much higher than what's advertised. We were billed several "owner fees" + "service fees" that totaled $1,148 (and then taxes on top of that, which are to be expected expected) for a 2 week stay that made the price much higher than the nightly advertised-- which is why I gave the property a low star rating on accuracy. Otherwise it was a great spot.

I am so glad you had a nice time! I hate that you were disappointed by the fees. I hate those extra fees when we rent other places, too. So many of those are out of our control with VRBO. But please do rent again- we would love to have you, and I would be happy to send you a breakdown ahead of time so there are no surprises!

My only issue was check in and it’s very minor. We were able to get into our condo early which was perfect. We were told the security code, but didn’t realize the # was a part of it until after several tries. We were not told our unit number so we were lost - that should have been in the initial text. It’s so minor but it was important enough info that needs to be told.

So sorry you had trouble checking in! Our local managers who send the code through text intentionally do not send the unit number to ensure they aren’t sending out check in information to someone who hasn’t properly reserved the condo - the information about the unit number, etc. is sent directly from me and VRBO two weeks before you check in. But I apologize if you didn’t get it! Good for me to know - to make sure future guests have everything they need to have a perfect stay. The apartment was very nice. The owner's closet is right next to the master bedroom so there was no big closet for that room, hardly any place to hang anything. This was inconvenient, but not a problem because there were only the two of us.

We are so glad you had a nice time, Moira! Thank you for taking such great care of our beach condo and the feedback on the closet! Yes, we opened up the original owners closet in the kitchen for more pantry storage for our guests and added an owners' closet in the master bedroom. We thought the closet area would still provide plenty of room (along with the 2 large closets in the other two bedrooms), but we will add a luggage rack in the bedroom to make sure there are plenty of places to unpack for all our future guests. Thank you again!

Clean condo close to beach access
The condo was just as advertised. Clean and with all the supplies needed. Very close to beach access. Owner was pleasant and answered all my questions promptly. But there was construction going on in the complex. No lights in the stairwell was the only real issue. We would book again.

Great stay in Seagrove
Propoerty was great and very clean. Had some issues with the lock functioning but the owner was very kind and refunded some money for our issues. Seagrove is great and this property isn't directly on the beach but is a short walk. In hindsight not having an elevator and being on the 3rd floor was a bit of a chore getting stuff to the beach and the grills on the property definitely could use an upgrade. The condo itself was great with comfortable beds and a nice family area for the evenings.

Great Location
Great location, between Panama City Beach & Destin along 30A. Walking distance to beach, with shuttle services as well. Had no issues with property. We had four adults, two teenagers, and a child all stay with enough room for everyone and all our stuff!

Wonderful!
Great stay this past week! Quick and easy walk to the beach. Kitchen had all appliances and dishes, cookwear and utencils we needed (including a Keurig, which I loved!). Plenty of clean bath towels and linens. Dog friendly and several places to walk with the pup on the property. Owner was responsive and friendly as well! Overall, the unit was awesome and we loved the location!

Gorgeous property very close to beautiful beach - emerald green water with white sand...very residential, quiet area that was just the perfect getaway! Property manager and owner were both very responsive and so easy to work with. Overall, best vacation ever - can't say enough about this place! Can't wait to come back!!

Good home base for 30a
Great location for vacation on 30a. Close enough to everything but not right in the middle of it all. Spring Break can be crazy everywhere along 30a and that was definitely the case here - but we still enjoyed ourselves. Property manager and owner were very responsive and tried everything to address all of our concerns. There were a couple of sticking points that will keep me from coming back. Our biggest issue was that I needed to work while down there and the wifi is practically non-existent - so just be aware. But overall not a bad spot for those looking to get away from it all.

I am so glad you had a nice vacation and that you had everything you needed at the condo except the troubles with Wifi. I promise we are trying to address it, and even upgraded our WiFi connection to try to make it the best possible experience for our guests! But so sorry that wasn't perfect. Internet seems to be somewhat a problem all along 30A right now as the infrastructure tries to catch up with the construction, but we know it is frustrating and are working on it! Thank you for staying at our place and for the feedback.

Steps away from the beach
The location of this condo was PERFECT. It is steps away from the beach and far enough off 30A that you do not hear the throngs of people who converge along 30A for spring break. The owners are very friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay a pleasant one. We have a well behaved large dog and the owners had no problem with us bringing him along as was NOT the case on many other units in the same community. The only negative comment I can make is the internet/wifi is unstable and not reliable. This was NOT the owner's fault as she did everything in her power to make it better. I only mention this if you need the internet for work or TV watching/streaming

Awesome place!
Everything was perfect! Stairs got a little rough with groceries but always go for the top! Very clean will be staying here again hopefully! Good Lord willing! I lostmy husband end of May he was supposed to be with us for Thanksgiving but had to enjoy with my kids and new grandson which was perfect just missing him lots! Loved the short walk to beach! I’ve always been a gulf front person but this place was actually great could see water from distance! Loved the owner she was very nice and helpful and the person checking us in was great! 😊😊
