Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palapa House. Walking distance to everything we needed, comfortable apartment with plenty of room. Nice balcony with chairs and table. Would very much recommend!

Perfect location for walking to bars, restaurants, and excursion boats. Clean and comfortable. Great view. Love the little outdoor area for eating and the small pool to cool off in, which was quite adequate for only nine units. Decent response time on questions to staff. Only thing lacking, which is being very nitpicky I realize, were ice trays and salt and pepper. I did ask and receive the ice trays very quickly, though. Bought my own salt and pepper which was cheap and easy to attain, so no big deal. If I came back to Belize, this would be my first choice.

Great communication from the owners and property manager before and during our stay. On site manager was very attentive to our needs. I felt safer here than at a resort hotel. Other guests were pleasurable and ‘looked out for each other’.

I love this spot in town. You can walk to dinning and shopping in town also it is close to the water taxis and air port. We had a great time . The property and staff are great.
