Excellent, unique property, with beautiful gardens, fascinating pottery in courtyards and in the room, spacious suite. Staff were very responsive, welcoming, and courteous. Will return!

The staff were extremely friendly. The bed was very comfortable. My one comment would be that breakfast at the hotel was far too expensive. We had coffee, fruit and eggs and it was $56.00 Canadian. The food was fine, but it is just breakfast. We only ate breakfast once at the hotel. There are a number of stairs throughout the hotel which can be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Everything was great, except something spooky happened to us while staying! We were sleeping and around 1 AM there was a loud bang out of nowhere in the room. It was as if someone hit the table on one side of the bed and it was quite scary. We thought something dropped but no… I think the hotel is haunted 😅🙃

Food quality was way below par. Service slow and prices way above average for Mexico. Charges for small amounts of "tostada" were really outrageous... Only food that was acceptable was fresh fruits... Unfortunately, due to location, we were a captive audience since there were no restaurants nearby.

This hotel is absolutely perfect. We loved it! It’s so cute and charming and authentic. The breakfast was to die for. Service was impeccable, we were in town for a wedding and one day before I decided I wanted to get my hair and makeup done. They coordinated the whole thing and had someone come straight to my room. The location was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised by everything. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is so very gorgeous and staff so very kind but…several things made it hard to enjoy. Most of the staff don’t speak English which makes the very act of hospitality a little difficult. Sat at dinner going to Pat and we couldn’t charge it to our room as the staff had not connected our card which came up again during our stay. The door to the toilet did not stay closed snd doesn’t have a vent fan. No me gusta. When you cater to a specific group of people they expect things a certain way.

While thr property was nice, the price per night did not meet expectations. The suites are not suites. No complimentary breakfast as stated on their website. When I spoke to staff about it, she simply did not care.No elevator to top floors which would be extremely difficult for elderly. While other hotels offered complimentary water they charged if you requested extra. Will not return to this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is amazing! Unfortunately, during our stay we did experience theft within our hotel room while we were out enjoying the evening. However, the worst part is that someone had to go through our things to find the money.

I reserved a family loft, with two King beds & was given instead two queen beds. The staff apologized, claiming the family loft wasn’t available, but the room given to us is the same rate. The room was ok! However, the shower had no curtain making the restroom into a pool. Never again will I stay here…
