It was a great location with excellent customer service. They also have a nice rooftop bar with a great view. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Hotel
Amazing hotel and wonderful people : Cristofer, Sofia, Juan, Gustavo and Lupita. Great location within walking distance to most shops and restaurants.

The hotel is very pretty and in a great location. It has a nice breakfast included. But it has a rooftop bar that is open nightly for outside crowds with loud music till midnight at which point you hear as it is emptying out and being cleaned. People walk freely throughout the hotel to access the rooftop which I thought was strange even though it doesn’t feel unsafe.

Me da mucha pena que un hotel tan bonito tenga tan mal desayuno , nos quedamos dos noches aqui y tenian tres opciones para desayunar todo frio y malo. Creo que este tipo de hotel deberia tener mas opciones para los huespedes y variacion , me queje con el supervisor y al otro dia fue peor , no hay consistencia un dia jugo de pina al otro jugo de lata de naranja, pan y huevo.

bien ubicado
El Personal de recepción atentos y amables, en todo momento. El Personal de limpieza atentos y amables, la habitación impecable. La habitación cómoda, las camas cómodas, con wifi, lo malo es que se escuchan todos TODOS los ruidos de afuera, no tiene vista a nada, habitación 2 (una pequeña ventana que da al pasillo) El Personal de restaurante no tienen intención o no saben de servicio, hay que rogar por una servilleta, cada día y ademas no tienen estándar. El desayuno continental dejo mucho que desear, en lugares de menos renombre mucho mejor. aunque lo pagues no te pueden hacer un omelete, (aunque lo tengan en su carta) eso si el café muy rico. para la comida no tienen servicio todos los días, afortunadamente, san miguel de allende es reconocido por su gastronomía y afuera hay mil opciones. muy bien ubicado.

I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing the staff are! Enrique the manager is always there to provide excellent service. The hotel is beautiful especially for taking pictures instagramable! Rooms are very spacious and beds, linens are luxurious.

The service was unparalleled. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Christopher in particular was incredible (down to helping me get a broken shoe fixed). The rooms and common spaces were impeccably designed and so added to the experience of being in a magical city

This hotel was awesome. The staff were all so friendly and very knowledgeable of the area, a huge shout out to Christopher for all his help in planning our trip before and after our arrival. The hotel was perfectly located a short 5-7 minute walk to food, shopping and the attractions.

The staff was awesome! Friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable. Needed a round on ground floor and switched to a ground floor with upgrade at no charge. It’s a boutique hotel and very clean. Close to town square which is within a 5 minute walk. Not on a big bill as some other hotels are. Would stay again and recommend. Don’t forget the rooftop with some of the best views of the city.

Truly enjoyed our stay at Casa Hoyos. Christopher, who greeted us was very pleasant. This is a great place for honeymooners, especially the master suite with a jacuzzi. The swimming pool is a bit small. The roof top view is amazing. They only serve continental breakfast: coffee, fresh fruit with yogurt and toast, which was tasty. The only negative: I wished they had a refrigerator in the room.

Not what expected and checked out after 2 hours. Loud, felt unsafe, no fresh air. Loud air conditioner and noise from court yard. All reviews are paid as you can see 5/5. Not even 5 star hotel received this. They will not credit anything back to me.

This was our first hotel during our stay at San Miguel de Allende and it was by far our favorite for the following reasons. 1. Staff was so friendly and nice! 2. The hotel is just gorgeous. Lots of photo ops. 3. The rooms are clean, beautiful, well stocked with necessities, and air conditioned. 4. The rooftop is gorgeous and has great drinks. 5. Conveniently located at the city center. I will be returning to Casa Hoyos!

Definitely great hotel and location.
The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and had great maid service. The rooftop bar/lounge had spectacular views of city. No complaints from family members who used room. The location of the hotel was at the heart of the city with easy walking access to parks, churches, shops, and restaurants.

The staff was extremely helpful. They actually gave me a choice of rooms because the music from the rooftop terrace could be heard on the second floor. The room I picked was comfortable. The shower was nice. There are no windows, which may be good for security reasons. The hotel has a modern, stylish, hip design. I would rather stay somewhere less hip, more luxury, but that’s me. The continental breakfast on the patio was lovely. The location was great! I walked everywhere. Hope this helps clarify the reviews.

The style of the hotel is unique, the location is near everything you need. Personally I don't like soft beds, here beds are extra soft. Liked continental breakfast but restaurant needs more typical Mexican style food since its menu has a great style of dishes but not traditional ones like enchiladas, mole, quesadillas, plates with eggs, chilaquiles, tortas, caldos, etc..

A beautiful stay in SMA
Our stay at Casa Hoyos was absolutely excellent. The staff were awesome; every time we needed anything they were always courteous and attentive. The rooms were exactly as shown, well-kept and clean, impeccably designed, and the bed was really comfortable. The location is great; very walkable to everything in the Zona Centro and safe. We also utilized the private driver service to and from Leon airport, and I highly recommend that instead of doing the drive yourself.

Casa Hoyas was well maintained and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the rooftop bar. Our room faced the interior, so we did not have a view or natural light but in reality, we didn't spend much time in the room, so it wasn't a big issue. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Boutique Hotel!
I had a great stay at Casa Hoyas while in town for a wedding. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive via email leading up to the stay and the location was central to everywhere we walked to. Great views from the rooftop as well as great cocktails.

Can't wait to return!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Hoyos. The staff went far and above to make our stay more enjoyable. The light breakfast every morning was a nice treat but what we enjoyed most was having the rooftop pool, lounge and bar. It does rent out for private events so you will need ot ask or be prepared not to have access however, it was just one evening during our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable. Bedroom window is an interior facing window that does open for fresh air. Views are from Rooftop! Looking forward to my next visit
