Delightful stay in Juayua

"Excellent service and a wonderful view from my room. The staff went above and beyond. The bed was a little hard but that's typical for El Salvador. Overall, an excellent experience. I would stay there again for sure! "

"This is a very lovely resort style hotel. There are no kitchens but the restaurant serves really good food, every meal we had was really delicious; you could tell the chefs were very well trained. The views are spectacular and there are screens on the doors and windows (not common in Central America) so you can hear the ocean all day if you want. There is a private little beach with access to a couple of sea caves (at low tide only.) The pool is pretty, clean, and has an excellent view of the ocean. Also, the beds were soft! Another thing uncommon in cent. amer. lol. The staff are very courteous and attentive, and when I accidentally forgot a small item the manager even found a way to get it back to me. Also, we knew we would be out late one night, but all I had to do was let them know we were on our way back and the guardhouse was opened for us. A couple of nights they also provided some mild live music at the restaurant. There is also a separate bar and ocean water pool. Couple of things to consider if you are thinking of visiting: -it's secluded. You're not going to be easily able to walk anywhere else and there is no nearby town. This works well if you want peace and quiet, but may not be your thing if you're looking for convenient stores or nightlife. There's also no uber out there and transport via the hotel can be expensive. -The walk to the beach is down steep stairs, so accessibility may be an issue for some. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend!!"

"I have to start by saying this hotel is stunning. The decor, the rooms, the views of the mountains. The extremely friendly staff. This was our favorite hotel out of all the hotels we stay at. This hotel was just beautiful. I highly recommended this hotel. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Me and my wife will be definitely be staying at Casa 1800 again!!! Thank you Casa 1800 for our stay. Till next time. "

Luscious room but no volcano view

"Hands down the most comfortable room I've stayed in in El Salvador. The bed was luscious and the hotel's service top notch from end to end. The only downside was that I booked a volcano-view room and my room--number 105--had a giant tree in front of it and ZERO view of the volcano. That said, the comfort of the room *almost* amply made up for the lack of view. Would be great to be there with others and enjoy the outdoor patio."

"The staff was amazing since we arrived. I can’t described how welcome they made us feel. The rooms and the atmosphere at this place was so peaceful that we didn’t want to leave . I love how closed it is to the plaza and how easy is to walk to restaurants and shopping places. We definitely will recommend this place without a doubt."
