The manager is very friendly. Enjoy staying there. Parking is free which is a $45 daily savings. Easy access to SJSU. Highly recommend it if just staying to visit your SJSU student.

Spacious room that is clean and has recently been updated. Property manager is also very attentive. Easy walking distance to the Convention Center and downtown. Plenty of places nearby to get coffee and dinner. Will use this place again next time I am in town for a conference.

The staff were great - very welcoming, friendly and helpful with suggestions for getting around and dining suggestions. The room was very spacious. The rooms were spotless. Great place to stay.

Mattress was very comfortable, I slept well. Owners were also friend - I believe they live on-site. They always greeted me in the morning and evening when I came and left. Would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Close enough to easily get to Santana Row, Winchester Mystery House and walkable to many places to eat and drink. The man that helped me at the front desk was very nice and gave me a bunch of recommendations for things to do in town. My room was clean and I didn’t encounter any unreasonable amount of noise. On my last morning he thankfully caught me before I left the parking lot and returned my tablet I left in the room! It is good to know that the people who work here are honest and I appreciate the effort they made to return my item so quickly. I live an hour and a half to about 2 hours away depending on traffic, so it was greatly appreciated!

The rooms are very spacious and well kept. When I take a shower, the water is hot immediately, and stays hot much longer than my at-home shower. The mattress is very nice, and I had such an easy time sleeping I had dreams every night. The location is wonderful too, in walking distance of the convention center, mini-marts, and restaurants and food trucks. I traveled from out of state, but i never needed to get a ride anywhere except back to the airport at the end of my stay. I give full marks to the establishment.

I loved this motel! Only a 7 minute walk to the convention center and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They let us know about a coffee shop right next door and it was wonderful. Hoping to book another stay next year.

As soon as my friend and I arrived, we received a friendly greeting. Not only was the owner friendly and helpful, he was very funny. If we needed anything at all, we just had to let him know and he made the whole process of staying there easy and great. I would gladly stay here again as it is a guaranteed great and comfortable place to be.

Safe, Warm & Close to SJSU
This has become my little go-to stop when I visit my grownup kiddo at SJSU. I am 5 minutes from the campus apartments and so close to everything else! I always feel welcomed and the room is new, fresh, and clean! I also feel safe and sound ~ This last time, the owner encouraged me to park in covered parking area so that I wouldn’t get too wet getting to my room. They also always check on me when I am coming and going.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff was really welcoming, and the room turned out to be larger than I expected. Definitely recommend it for an enjoyable and affordable spot.

The hotel is great and very reasonable. They don't have coffee or breakfast but there's a little shop right next door that does. It's walking distance from a bunch of places, entertainment food etc. I will definitely stay here from now on when I go to San Jose

Wow what a great spot. Unbelievable pricing in an area with motel hotels over 400 a night. I was amazed by the reviews and the price. But all were true. Great stay. Also Nick is absolutely amazing. Idk if he owns the place but you would have to assume so with the service he provideds

Nick was a great host! I asked where I could buy an umbrella near for my wife and he let me borrow one during our stay. He went and left the umbrella in our room. Next morning he greeted us and asked about our stay before leaving. Great place to stay over all.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with an array or outlets which is important in these days. I will stay there again for sure. One should note that they don't provide coffee in the room or lobby. This was not a problem for me as I had my own coffee maker. I enjoyed my time there.
