I made the reservation on line pay with my credit card and hotel did not allow my wife to check in I try to pay with my credit card again and they only want cash My wife sleep in her car

señor pedro recibimos todas las tarjetas credito y debito. transferencias. y tenemos link de pagos.en el caso que usted comenta su pago nunca fue realizado y por normas del hotel la reserva debe estar paga para el check-in

My experience - the internet was down at time of check in so that it took 45 minutes to check in. My experience - I was told the area around the hotel was unsafe. My experience - No hot water for shower. Typical for colombian hotels.

cozy, economical option!
the hotel staff was great! fast efficient check in/check out, no issues! room was big, bed was cozy, for the price range. ac was cold, shower had great pressure! and Wi-Fi was good! only negative thing is lack of entertainment, restaurants etc.. in the immediate area. but the hotel and staff for the price is hard to beat!

Señora su comentario es fuera de contesto por que ni se hospedaron en nuestras instalaciones argumentando que la reserva debía estar paga y luego que les quedaba lejos del lugar para donde necesitaban ir. entendemos que no le conveniera la ubicación pero de hay a decir que el baño estaba sucio cuando no se hospedaron nos parece de muy mala intención

This is a small motel in a neighborhood setting. I like this place . The staff was very freindly and helpful. It was very clean. The wi-fi worked well. There is a resto on site that had really good food. The room is small. And like many hotels in Colombia no hot water. If you take a right coming out the door there is a small bakery about two blocks down that was good. Overall for the price its a good value if you are on a budget. Oh yeah the girl working in the restaurant is very sweet and pretty .

El servicio de limpieza de habitaciĂłn, habĂ­a que solicitarlo y cada dos dĂ­as es que te reponĂ­an jabĂłn y champĂș. El desayuno siempre lo mismo y las opciones de almuerzo son limitadas y exigen efectivo, ya que el restaurante no dispone de punto de venta y es un negocio a parte del hotel.

La limpieza cambio de sĂĄbanas y toallas se realiza todos los dĂ­as sin solicitar el servicio otra cosa es que los menores que se hospedaron con usted son desordenados y usted solicitarĂĄ aseo varias veces al dĂ­a el jabĂłn y champĂș se coloca como lo dispone la cadena hotelera Ayenda. El restaurante si tiene punto para pago con tarjeta pero tiene valor mĂ­nimo no se pasa por monto menor de 50.000 pesos y el desayuno se ofrece con variedad todos los dĂ­as
