We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us.I do apologize if the hot water caused some inconvenience, we do have some issues with it sometimes.About the parking lot, it is true that we only have one spot assigned to each unit. Thank you for bringing it up, it is important for future guests to be aware of this. There is always space right outside of Evamar and it is safe to park there but it is not the same thing as having a parking spot in our lot.If you ever come back to San Carlos we would be happy to host you again.Best,
