The area it is in, the shopping there is not the greatest. For the amount I paid for two rooms for the area and not even receive a continental breakfast is VERY disappointing.

Wifi didn't work both days. Check in states at noon and When I arrived desk clerk was so rude Shaylaya she stated come back no rooms! I went back twice at 1 and 145 she should not be working front desk. Not polite at all! Plus it was so loud I didn't sleep. Trash everywhere due to a wedding. I never ever have issues like this but I'll never stay there again!

Staff was nice and bed was comfortable. The sink faucet was awkwardly positioned and we could only reach a little bit of water, without our hands hitting the sink. There was also a big roach on the TV table. There was also a rattling noise in the hallway.

When I called down for an extra face towel because there was only 1 in the room when clearly two of us were staying, I was told he was alone at the desk and told me to come down to get it. I refused, so he sent up a security guard. Should have just sent him in the 1st place. I don't work there. I didn't think I'd stay there again, unless I had to. Breakfast was good, although kind of tacky to charge for continental breakfast.

My stay would have been perfect, however, when I requested for my room to be cleaned it was not. I like the policy of the maid not coming every day, but when requested. My room was not cleaned when I requested.

Terrible experience
I checked in late around 12 am because I was at the hospital with my mom. Around 9 am someone entered my room saying the room I was in was not supposed to be booked. Even though I had the room keys and had checked in properly. I had to go down to the front to recheck in due to an error they had made in the system. I just looked at my bank account and it looks like I was double charged for the room. I have a charge for the $50 deposit and a separate charge through hotels.com for $136.94 and a separate charge from Hilton gardens for $222.03.

I really like this property and would love to come again. The only issues was the room. The bathroom could have used more cleaning because the bath tub was not clean, it was a little dusty, and I was missing coffee cups, creamer. The staff was great and welcoming. Once alerted of a problem they took care of it right away.
