Is has options to eat at a walking distance in the same parking lot area. The room smelled clean and looked super clean. Extra towels, full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. I really liked how clean the room and bathroom are. Definitely I would stay there again

The hotel was good for the area. Close to eateries. Not quite the exclusive "Ramada" as am familiar but I would visit again as my stay was 2nights. I didn't get to experience the pool or breakfast.

Located at a major intersection with an interstate highway, access is easy and there are many places to dine, shop, and visit within a very short distance, including the Bill Miller's BBQ restaurant immediately adjacent to the hotel. I was there 4nights, and housekeeping did an excellent job each day, providing clean replacement towels and wash clothes, making the bed, and ensuring the room was clean. I would stay here again.

I was in town for a graduation at Lackland AFB. So this location was nearby. The beds/pillows were comfy and clean. You are right off the freeway/busy intersection which was loud at times. Overall, it was budget friendly and worked out well for myself and family.

I Like that it was right by the freeway and if you want something to eat, just step out the door and start picking, i like the room and the beds we're comfortable but the bathroom can use an touch up, specially the tub, the staff was excellent and serviceable to my needs or questions! Ill stay again if I'm in San Antonio!

The property was marketed as close to Lackland AFB and free breakfast. The breakfast pretty much continental with egg and muffin. The drive to the base was an expensive ride share or ,20 minute congested drive.

Pictures that are posted on-line. Clean & remodeled. Until it wasn't. I strongly feel it should be referred as a Motel. The pictures are deceiving/bamboozled me. The only room nice is the Lobby & Front desk. The staff was nice & have lack of training. That is management lack of care for customer training. Not there's. My expectations went out the door once I received my room card. Outdoor floor is coming up. My sister & I got approached by 2men for sex, there a Super 8 Motel across the parking lot. People fighting, yelling & saying inappropriate language to anyone walking by. That was so comfortable & scary. My sister & I went to front desk to inform the employee on the experience we're having. Us as women traveling alone from another state with suitcase didn't feel safe. We didn't want to continue our stay after his response was: Call front desk so he can call 911or we call 911 then let him know. This is normal he says, insured me nothing really bad ever happens there. Manager doesn't arrive till 8 a.m. nothing he can do. My sister & I are appalled. Now we're defiantly scared & feel unsafe. If the property is aware hire security for nights. But sadly, they're aware & don't care at all! The Property didn't want to give us a refund for the days we didn't stay. We book 2 nights 3 days. Stay 10 hrs. checked out. The complaint wasn't the dusty partially clean room. It wasn't SAFE! I would recommend this property If you knew how to fight & are armed. NOT SAFE FOR FAMILY OR KIDS

Myself, wife, and babies Stayed Tuesday - Friday for my Brother’s graduation from the Air Force and it was great. We arrived late at night and at first had our reservations, the room was very clean, we and the kids slept great. I would just like to compliment all of the staff. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Thanks for the great stay.

Clean room but whole hotel old and tired with floors and stairs around property needing refreshing. Problems with TV not working. Front desk was very good (Tammy) in moving us to another room and making sure it was working there. The next day the remote would not work in the second room!

Very noisy area- 3 to 4 sirens howling in the night. The hotel was under renovation. Seems old and outdated. Not what I expect from the Ramada brand.

This propert definitely needs some renovations, they were working on it though. Reasonable price and around everything. The hotel is right near the highway so you hear it all night long.
