Propety was well maintained and services provided were convenient and well given if needed. Breakfast options were excellent and staff was super friendly.
No greetings, no soap in the restroom, I get there at 3.45pm and my room wasn't ready. I have to go downstairs and ask for another room. The front lady was rude and they end up giving me another room at the end of the hallway. Even when they saw me struggling to walk. I'm disabled I can barely walk with a walker.
Brought my kids to six flags and the hotel was 8 minutes away, very convenient

When I first arrived, the woman behind the desk looked at me and decided I needed a disability room - which I don't. I returned to her and requested another room. She placed me in a first floor room and said there were no other rooms available on other floors; it was only about 6:30 pm.
There was no hair dryer in the room. I called the front desk in the morning and was told someone would bring one to me. It never arrived. When I mentioned it at checkout the man behind the desk said he was too busy... but he never called to let me know. I went to an important meeting with wet hair.
Only thing i liked was the vicinity of this hotel to shopping and dining. Inside the hotel was ok. Needs a new elevator or renovate it. Advise to hotel is not to close to maintain the pool during peak season. Not smart at all !!! The front desk staff needs to be removed or replaced. No greeting at all. Went to check in and the look on the staffs face was like " yeah, what do you want ?". Not even a partial smile on the face.
Upon Arrival “ I as member of Expedia & using my reward points to book stay at Hotel the experience was the following, I requested a room on 4th floor & was given 1st floor which on the app it was available & front desk then denied it to me after I had done it on the Hilton app. Once inside my room I was welcomed with a terrible smell coming from the mini fridge which turned out to be moldy pancakes inside worst experience ever. I then talked to front desk asked if they had cleaned the room they said yes which I then gave them feed back on my room. It was a very unpleasant & uncomfortable stay hopefully I could get a refund back. Thank You!
Brittany from the front desk was very professional and courteous. Our stay was great! Decent breakfast options! Clean rooms. Only thing we had an issue was our room not being ready but Brittany had that taken care of within 20 minutes. Would recommend!
I like everything about the property. Brittany is awesome, kind, polite and professional.

When we first walked into the room, the trash cans were still full of trash. There was a baby toy in the middle of the floor and the refrigerator had juice on the bottom shelf so we let that go the next morning. We left to do some things around town Came back to the hotel and it wasn’t even touched. The tiles were still dirty and lean on the floor. No cleaning service people had even been there, so it was not acceptable to stay and give a good review.

My truck was broken into. The rooms were ok. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast unfortunately was slow. Each morning we arrived, the trays were empty or almost empty. Wait times for food to come out was a bit unreasonable. The muffin trays were empty most the time. One morning, there was no meat option-no sausage or bacon. The fridge in our room smelled bad. You get what you pay for. Only 1 washer and dryer on the 2nd floor for all guests.

As we were checking in. Front Desk clerk greeted a customer by her last name. I don’t know if the client is a frequent visitor but that was impressive.
I loved that Brittany was so nice and sweet! The other young lady that checked me out was nice as well, I can’t recall her name. My restroom was dirty, hairs and lots of it in the shower. They left the last person’s soap that was used in the shower as well. The AC was excellent, very cold just the way I like it
