The only think is the restaurant was missing food sometimes like there is no dessert. The quality of the food is excellent and the service to.

We loved how accommodating the staff was when we wanted to check out early. They were incredibly friendly, everyone wished us a good morning. The property itself is nice, however there were a number of people just kind of lingering around with nothing much to do other than just stare at you. It is not close to anything, but food and drinks at the restaurant were affordable and they accepted various types of payment which was convenient. The pool is lackluster, but good when you need to get out of the heat. Beds were comfortable. We weren’t able to get a taxi to the airport, but did manage to talk down the price of a buggy which we rented for the day and dropped off at the airport. FYI - there is no airport transfer as mentioned on Expedia. The island itself is lacking resources and is very poor, we kept our wits about us when we went out and didn’t run into any problems.

It was clean and quiet. It is far from downtown, so you must pay for expensive car rides to the hotel. There are no restaurants around, so you have to buy the food at the resort. The food was good but it is expensive compared to what you can get downtown. The staff is super nice and helpful, and many of them speak English and Spanish.

Very disappointed!
I knew it was far from the center, 25 min by car, I knew it was eco, but if I ask you to clean my room and you don’t, cmon. Breakfast was simply, eggs, sausage, pancake and some other stuff, cereal, toast and cheese. They said food was outstanding but expensive, to me just expensive. Better places out of there. That said there’s airport transfer, but couldn’t communicate with hotel because number isn’t updated with Hotels.com, when we were leaving they said it wasn’t included even though on the page it says it’s included. Pictures of room were not the actual rooms which really upset me. On top of everything, waiting hours for the room, it wasn’t clean, which is ironic because that’s why we were waiting. I understand I was early, but then don’t tell me you are giving me a room.

Its away from the city. Very peaceful. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food was good at restaurant. All the food on island was great. Grounds need a lot of TLC. The rooms spacious. No hot water. We ended up moving to another hotel closer to downtown with warm water and more modern decor.

The photos do not match the property, paint was coming off the wall and the view from the balcony has a rusted bus in front of it. The management would not respond to Expedia's inquiry for any type of refund. The internet doesn't work in the room. I can't recommend this hotel at all.

This place is perfect for couples that want to get away from the hustle and bustle. I felt like we had our own private resort. It’s far from the city part of the island and that was perfect for me. We had our own personal beach right around the corner from this hotel. Plus the food at the restaurant was very good. Staff was amazing and after two days here I wanted to move in. Hahaha I will definitely stay here again

There was no hot water. Only freezing. Hotel staff was rude. Nothing worked bathroom smelled like sewer. Hotel was in no condition to have guests. I want to request a full refund.

Disappointing island retreat
No hot water, restaurant & breakfast very poor, swimming pool and neighborhood just sad ! Remote location and dangerous shoreline. Would NOT recommend.

Stay here!!! It’s a new property that has it all!! From breakfast included to a hot tub, steam room and two pools to a nice deck to practice yoga on and a fitness center! The staff is extremely nice and the food is so yummy! You can watch sunset from the rocky area across the street. The highlight of our stay here was the security guard at front, Pablo! He made us feel right at home from the second we got there. He helped us set up a scooter rental and waited on the side of the road to help us wave a bus down to town. Not only that but he saw the bug bites on my back and took it upon himself to bring me an entire aloe plant from his own yard. He cut the aloe into pieces and had the kitchen staff make juices for us as he packaged the rest for us to take home. I have not experienced such a genuine heart like his in a long time. He made us feel right at home to the point where we ended up booking for two more nights. Thank you Pablo and the rest of the staff for making our stay so extremely special.

No habrá nuevo hosting
El hotel carece de formación para sus empleados. Los recepcionistas nocturnos son groseros con los huéspedes. No tengo intención de volver a alojarme en este hotel.

Razoável. O hotel não tinha agua quente nos chuveiros, a piscina estava em obras, o chão dos quartos não estava limpo, toalhas e roupas de cama manchados e wi-fi não funcionou por metade da estadia.

O hotel não e 5 estrelas e e muito longe do centro! 60 a 70 mil pesos para ir e voltar do centro ou mais..nao oferece transporte para o centro (tem uma van minuscula que fica cheia toda hora e nao tem servico de taxi de-para o aeroporto)....o cafe da manhã e bom , a simpatia dos funcionarios idem...a piscina estaja suja e nao conseguimos usar...procurem por goteis mais proximos do centro , este hotel precisa de reformas , nao tem um SPA e o valor do restaurante é caro

Un excelente lugar para descansar alejado de la congestión de la ciudad, sin embargo, se recomienda tener mayor número de rutas que trasladen a los huespedes al centro de la ciuda, puesto, solo hay dos rutas una a las 10 am y otra a las 17 horas de regreso.
