Sawami was okay. Our Suite included a balcony with an amazing water view and a large window overlooking a marina. The free buffet breakfast was delicious and offered many food options. After visiting the restaurant at the beautiful Aquamare, I considered changing hotels, as Aquamare is located in a better area, and the restaurant was amazing.

Pros: Luggage hold, late check out, free breakfast buffet, eco-friendly, comfortable beds, proximity to beach, shops, and main port Cons: Lengthy check in/check out process, employees are not as friendly, staff can be disorganized. Overall 8/10

Beautiful hotel close to beach , marina and many places where you can go out to eat. Elevators took a little long to arrive , other than that hotel was clean, room was clean ac worked great!

It was an amazing stay, all the staff were very nice and welcoming, the property is perfectly located, nice views, everything looked brand new, no hesitation to stay there again

Qualité/prix très décevant
Nous avons payer très cher pour une suite junior, le plus cher de tout notre séjour. En entrant dans la chambre, il y avait des cheveux partout, le lit n'étaient pas bien fait, la douche salle et la toilette complètement bouchée.Le lendemain matin on nous a changer de chambre mais l'entretien est rester très minimal, les vitres de douche n'ont pas été nettoyer en 5 jours. La douche était bouchée et le pommo dû a etre chargé. Les draps n'ont pas été changer non plus de tout le séjour. Les produits (savon/Shampoing/crème) n'étaient qu'à moitiés remplacé. La porte patio étaient mal installée alors le vent passait et fesait un vacarme monstre. Il y avait une poignée pour ouvrir la porte patio de l'intérieur mais pas de l'extérieur et comme celle-ci étaient horriblement dur a ouvrir on devait la laisser un peu ouverte pour ne pas rester prit sur la galerie. Le vue étaient exceptionnels mais comme les fenêtres étaient très très sale on ne pouvait pas autant profiter.Triste car nous avont payer plus cher pour cela.Le personnel était soit très accueillants/courtois/serviables soit le contraire.Un excellent service de la par de Léo a l'accueil, Robert a la porte d'entrée et Andres au déjeuner 👌 qui on su nous faire oublier un peu des désagrément de par leurs sourires et leurs services.Très bien situé. Ç'est vraiment le prix par rapport au rendement qui était très décevant. Pas du tout au standard de propreté Américain mais j'ai l'impression que c'est le standard de l'île. Trop cher.

A experiência no hotel foi muito boa. O hotel está passando por umas reformas e adequações e isso o deixará ainda melhor. Deixo os parabéns para toda equipe de atendimento, que sempre nos atendeu com muito carinho e satisfação, em especial as meninas da recepção, que deixaram a gente ir pra piscina antes do horário do checkin, atendimento na piscina e bar e para o pessoal da limpeza, que foi sensacional.!!

Check-in was chaotic, but we finally got our key and taken to our room. No mention of an upgrade or free drinks, as VIP should receive. We booked 2 queen beds, our room had 1 double bed. It was smelled like literal human feces. I went back down and asked if all the rooms smell like poop, they sent up Lucy, the housekeeping manager. Let me say here, that Lucy is the ONLY reason I gave ANY stars to this hotel. She is a bright light and so kind. She smelled our room and immediately took us to a new room, which was a Suite, with a king bed, balcony and no smell. Why we didnt get this upgrade to start, I dont know. They also gave us our free welcome drink when I asked for them. Next problem-our door didnt lock, like, at all. The wind could just blow it open, it did not latch. The safe did not work eithet. We didnt want to complain about something else, so we would barricade ourselves in to sleep, with tables and chairs blocking the door. Lucy saw us the next day, and we told her about it. She didn't fix right away, but our 3rd night, it was fixed partially, still no deadbolt. When it rains, rain comes into the room/windows and makes it very slick and dangerous. Breakfast was OK, but very crowded. The pool was excellent and proximity to the beach and restaurants nice. The hotel is outdated, most employees are miserable, but Lucy was amazing!

Reception was not nice and made no attempt to speak English or slowly. Rooms have auto off electric so you can not charge anything unless you are in the room. Shower was only like water. My room was right next to the elevator on a low floor. Breakfast was ok. There was no free parking and no gym. Location was okay and there was molios for rent in front of the hotel. The restaurant nextdoor was really good.

First of all, I didn’t get my welcome drink at this hotel and the hotel was very noise starting at 7am. They are under renovations. Also, they wanted to charge me for 2 drinks I did not have. This was my second time at this hotel and I will never stay here again! Terrible service!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I know it only had like 3 stars but it should have been negative stars. First of all the food at this hotel is so disgusting I wouldn't feed it to a dog. Nothing was edible from breakfast to other meals. Secondly, during our stay there was a storm and every single window in the hotel was flooding the hallways that was seeping into the rooms. They came over and were just putting towels down when buckets of water was filling the rooms. They acted like this is what they always do in this case. They won't fix the windows at all. Also, they used up my towels to do so and then I asked for new towels at the front desk multiple times and nobody came and gave me any. I had to search for towels on different carts on different floors. Then they don't speak a word of English so forget about communicating with them they seem very unhappy to be in their job. There really wasn't anything positive to say here and I usually don't take the time to write a review but this hotel stay was the worst I have ever had in all of my travels throughout the world.
