Nattivo is a beautiful hotel. Room, common areas, and pool were very clean and we loved the decor/ambiance. Great location as well: close walking distance to beach, port, restaurants, etc. Only a five minute taxi ride from airport. Check-in was quick and easy. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with taxi rides, beach towels, money exchange...they were even able to accommodate an early check-in for us as our flight arrived super early - thank you so much! The staff at the restaurant and pool were nonchalant. They would not approach us to offer anything unless we signaled them over. At the pool, we were completely ignored. Breakfast was good but needed more variety. The pool was really nice offering great views of the city and beach. A/C in the room was great, kept us nice and frosty from the heat. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, had lots of fun, and would recommend this hotel. Gracias Nattivo! Nos vemos pronto San Andres!

If you stay at this hotel request a room above 3rd floor. Lower rooms have no view and a lot of street noise. The restaurant on the 7 floor has good food but very slow service, orders to your room can take over an hour to show up and drives at the pool can take 20 mins to come.

Restaurant staff is very slow we got the main dish in about one hour and salad takes one hour to put in the table they keep forgetting items we ordered and this happened every day . Front disk is very slow too ….

What an amazing stay at Hotel Nattivo! The hotel is brand new and in excellent condition, and it is well decorated. The rooms are large, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The shower is large enough for the whole family and the water pressure is great. The check-in was smooth; we appreciated the complimentary welcome drink and local delicacy they offered us. The staff is very attentive and always happy to help. The only suggestion would be to add more umbrellas in the pool area. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel! We are definitly coming back next time we go to San Andres.

Terrible stay, defective windows cause wind noise
We had a really bad stay here. The rooms on the 3rd floor suffer from a defect where wind blows in off the beach, and the windows don’t seal properly, which creates a very loud whistle noise at all hours of the night. Because of this, we couldn’t sleep for the first two nights of our stay. When management did finally move us to a new room, they hardly acknowledged the fact the room had an issue and wouldn’t provide an adequate resolution. He basically gave us a couple free drinks for losing two nights of sleep. Do not stay here, stay somewhere more established and with better customer service like the Aquamare instead. You could stay at a hostel and have a better nights sleep.

Hotel is very new, opened August 2023, and feels luxurious. Staff are friendly, rooms are nice and showers are big. The pool on the roof is excellent, not very big but comfortable and views of the beach. The restaurant staff are a little slow and not always responsive and taxis can’t pull up to the front door. Not great if you have lots of luggage, kids or people with disabilities. Luckily it’s only a short walk but it’s something to keep in mind and the hotel should make this clear. It’s still under construction and some things are missing but you won’t notice them. Will be interesting to see what else they add once it’s competed. Despite these small issues it’s a great hotel in a very central area. It could be cheaper, I don’t think it really warrants that price tag.

Our stay was great! We arrived a day early due some unexpected hiccups in our itinerary. The staff at Nattivo were able to add another night to our reservation at the rate we booked at no problem, even though we fully expected to need to find another hotel. The room was gorgeous. High end amenities, close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel is still being finished; the restaurants and spa are not done, but noise was minimal. We will definitely be back!

Hotel novo, muito bem localizado, limpo, cama muito confortável, chuveiro muito bom, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã com opções de omelete e ovos feitos na hora. Restaurante para almoço e jantar tem uma certa demora no pedido, mas nada que tire tudo de bom que o hotel proporciona. Recomendo!

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación cerca de la playa y el centro. También nos gustó el desayuno y la piscina. Las habitaciones también son muy buenas y completas. Opino que el minibar en la habitación sobra y quita espacio. El wi-fi es bueno pero a veces es inestable. Sugiero instalar una maquina de café en el lobby.

Otima opção em San Andres
O hotel é bem novinho, recém inaugurado, muito bem decorado e muito bem localizado, a uma quadra da praia. Os quartos são amplos, com bons amenities e enxoval de otima qualidade. O café da manhã também é excelente. Pontos negativos: o serviço deixa um pouco a desejar de um modo geral, apesar de os funcionários serem bem solícitos, mas falta um refinamento no treinamento. Eles não repõem itens de frigobar e salgadinhos do quarto, por ex., ou demoram a servir café no café da manhã. Não há academia ainda. Mas as falhas pontuais não comprometem a estadia.

Hotel novo
O hotel é bem localizado, próximo ao comércio e a praia principal. Tem opções de lanchonetes bem ao lado do hotel. Como fica no calçadão de pedestres, o táxi não para na porta. Mas não é longe. Quanto a decoração do hotel, é bem bonita, a recepção e área da piscina também. O Staff é bem educado e cordial, porém ainda falta treinamento, acredito que por ser tão novo o hotel, ainda o terão. Inclusive, deveriam incentivá-los e proporcioná-los a aprendizagem da língua inglesa, já que é a língua internacional. Minha observação negativa foi que a escada, é fechada e para o lado externo do hotel. Sou claustrofóbica e não utilizo elevador, por isso normalmente requisito andares baixos, mas além de Las Vegas e Nova York, nas grandes redes de hotéis, nunca havia tido esse problema, o que me causou desconforto. E eu viajo bastante ao redor do mundo e sei que outras pessoas tem a mesma fobia, por isso deixei essa observação.

Maravilhosa, estrutura muito boa, alimentação muito farta café da manhã, atendimento ótimo, em especial Yeison fica em recepção, nos auxiliou em tudo, câmbio, passeios, melhores lugares, e tudo com melhor preço, super atencioso, de prontidão. Parabéns Nattivo por todos seus funcionários .

Ein hervorragendes neues Hotel, das man als 4 Sterne Superior bewerten könnte: schöne Zimmer, hervorragendes Frühstück mit Dingen u.a. wie Obstauswahl und Müsli, die man sonst vergeblich sucht. Schöne Dachterrasse und Pool. Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang. Im Service beim Frühstück klappen die Abläufe noch nicht so gut (das Ei muss man auch 2x bestellen) Und das Internet ist mittlerweile hervorragend. Die Lage ist besser als direkt am Hauptstrand, wo uns das Ambiente nicht so gefallen hat.

Buen hotel
El hotel esta practicamente nuevo, por lo tanto las instalaciones funcionan muy bien, da la impresion que aun falta algunas instalaciones como gimnasio que quizas lo construyan en pisos del edificio que aun no estan habilitados. El personal es muy amable, tienen algunas comodidades como las toallas para llevarte a la playa que ademas esta a media cuadra, tienen algunos contactos para tours que estan muy bien. Con respecto al desayuno no estuvo mal, pero habian pocas opciones. En general es de los mejores hoteles de la isla sin haber mucha competencia en su segmento
