Very nice small hotel, highly recomended. Nice staff and best breakfast i had in my whole trip. There is not much immediately around hotel but short walk to the beach and many restaurants.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. 1st night we had a room on the first floor and there wasn't any view from the window only to the concrete wall. There wasn't any hangers where you can put your clothes. Some rooms don't have windows. This room was very small and noisy and had a little bit of smell of mold. Rest 3 nights we got a different room on the 3rd floor. The room is small. The bathroom sink is making water splash. The pool has a broken coping and also the tiles are falling off. There are only 2 pool chars. The pool is very small and it is open only until 7pm. Breakfast is very limited and the staff at the breakfast area is not very helpful almost rude. Breakfastare only till 9:30am. The people at the front desk are nice. Rooms are decorated nicely but beds are small for 2 people. There is no beach or ocean access near this hotel. The area was safe. After 4 nights we changed the hotel.

Great Boutique hotel - brilliant staff

Staff were friendly & helpful. Place was really nicely kept & the pool was a huge bonus for us! Bed was nice & comfortable & the AC was AMAZING!!! Very close to airport. Would definitely recommend!

Casa Hendaus was a great selection and affordable. Every morning they serve breakfast which was good. I love having more options but that’s just me. The food taste great and they serve fresh fruit every morning. I recommend this place since it’s away from the main beach and is a bit more quiet.

Best service Ive ever experienced. Incredibly attentive and friendly. The facility is immaculately clean and accessible. I was very happy with the reasonable price for such exceptional accommodations.

Quiet location, pillows were terrible and hard, could not sleep well. Nice balcony. Small room with no desk or chair. The pool is more like a small jacuzzi, which was dirty and the tile fell off and the white grout stained my bathing suit. Breakfast was ok, friendly service. Too expensive for what it is.

Delightful find in San Andres. Very comfortable beds, quiet area away from busy beachfront and yet very walkable to beach and downtown. Nice breakfast included.

Lindo lugar, en todo aspecto y las instalaciones nuevas muy cómodo y hermosa piscina con agua temperada, lo único malo que no tenían la habitación que yo pedí por medio de expedia.com, pero me solucionaron el problema y me dieron otra habitación tal vez porque lo reservé con poca anticipación menos de 24 horas. Pero hermoso yo solo recomendaría llamar apenas se haga la reservación para no tener inconvenientes al momento de llegar.

Curtimos San Andrés
Bom atendimento em geral. Cama muito confortável. Limpeza impecável. Equipe gentil, sorridente, atenciosa e prestativa. Destaque para a decoração do hotel. Café da manhã estilo a la Carte, com 5-6 opções. Hotel localizado num bairro mais arrumado, ao lado do aeroporto, próximo ao centro, que permite ir caminhando. As dicas de passeio estão disponíveis na recepção do hotel, que pode melhorar as informações que fornece sobre os passeios (por ex. compramos o passeio de 1 dia no aquário mas não há o que se fazer por lá depois 2-3 horas. Ficamos por lá à toa, por quase duas horas, até chegar o barco para nos levar de volta no horário de retorno). San Andres é uma boa experiência, principalmente pelos passeios em águas cristalinas e mornas. O Centro é bagunçado e há muito a ser desenvolvido em infraestrutura e beleza para atrair mais turistas. Para compras, não é um lugar muito atrativo, como muitos falam. O colombiano em geral é simpático e acolhedor. Uma boa dica é o aluguel de moto ou mule (carrinho de golfe) para percorrer a ilha e ir à praia de San Luis. Gostamos do restaurante Donde Francesca e La Regatta. O lounge Masally, para o pôr do sol, é bem bacana. Algumas delas foram dicas tbm do Hotel.

Nuevo, bonito y cuidado. Personal amable.
El Hotel está muy nuevo y cuidado. A 10-15 minutos andando de la playa. Y digamos el centro turístico a unos 20 minutos. Desayuno correcto, e higiene impecable.

Me encanto todo lo único sería en el aria de desayunar que por la mañana el sol da a uno cuando come que si extendieran el techo un poco más para que el sol no pegue cuando uno esté desayunando pero fue una experiencia y servicio brutal

Pousada boutique
A pousada é nova luxuosa mas os quartos são muito pequenos. A localização é boa, próxima ao aeroporto, mas precisa caminhar uns 20 minutos para chegar até a praia, restaurantes etc.

Um boutique hotel excelente. Ótimo atendimento, instalações e café da manhã. Está a 10-15 min caminhando do centro (área segura). Não tem almoço e jantar o que dificulta um pouco a noite, mas espero que eles também tenham essa opção no futuro. Em San Andres combinei a estadia com outro hotel mais afastado mas com praias mais tranquilas. Foi uma ótima opção.
