The property and staff are great. The kitchen did a good job with breakfast and snacks we ordered. But the location, while near the airport, is adjacent to a pretty unsightly residential property and the hotel walls weren’t built high enough to disguise the unsightly property from view.

La propiedad es hermosa, el trato de los funcionarios con los huéspedes es excelente, el desayuno es súper rico y bufete, súper recomendable, recomiendo tomar Uber es bastante económico, la propiedad súper limpia , siempre toallas limpias , sabans limpias , aire acondicionado la verdad súper recomiendo

Nem tudo que reluz é ouro.
Funcionários não estão preparados para atender bem aos clientes, especialmente na recepção. Pedimos um sanduíche no quarto, demorou mais de 1h para estar pronto, tivemos que ir buscar, não estava na bandeja, necessitei retornar para buscar o outro. O sanduíche de péssima qualidade, pão, frango e 3 rodelas de tomate 😆 e caríssimo para a qualidade.

Pra começar a gerente me parece ser tão nova na profissão quanto o hotel é novo (2 semanas), ela não é resolutiva, tão pouco hospitaleira, parece até irônico... mas, enfim! A recepcionista foi quem solucionou o primeiro problema que enfrentamos quando chegamos, que era pagar a taxa de visitante, uma vez que minha filha ficaria apenas algumas horas até a hora do voo. O hotel não tem essa opção, e não tinha um quarto para pagarmos a parte, embora ela não fosse dormir, nem tomar café da manhã, pagaríamos se fosse o caso, como não tinha, a recepcionista Keila precisou convencer a bonita que eles não tinham opção a não ser liberar a taxa de pagamento. O espaço físico é bonzinho, porém não tem elevador e zero acessibilidade, e os funcionários ficam conversando alto nos corredores, logo não oferece tranquilidade, pra completar a gerente liga para nosso quarto as 11:30 pra “lembrar" que temos que ir embora às 12:00 nunca vi isso. Ao chegar na recepção pra fazer check-out uma cliente estava reclamando de algo e a moça justificando que o hotel era novo e eles não tinhas experiência, imagine.Quer dizer, a pessoa abre um hotel e provavelmente contrata todo mundo sem experiência, porque usar isso como justificativa pra tudo de errado é surreal. Pra completar diz que o estacionamento não é grátis, que custa 10 reais a diária, coisa que não foi dito na nossa chegada. Só quero lembrar que quem não tem competência não se estabelece. Se não se ajustarem, os clientes não voltarão.

Excelente hotel
Hotel novíssimo, com mobiliário de qualidade, nas proximidades do aeroporto. Possui cozinha/restaurante com funcionamento 24hs. E a única observação que tenho a fazer é em relação ao funcionamento da cozinha que fez um pouco de barulho durante a noite. Sem dúvida, voltaria a me hospedar no Aero Hotel.
