Hotel very much caters for the English so is a home from home experience. Food quality is excellent and ample choices and is designed around English eating . I personally would like a Spanish twist to meal choices though Jess (poor side bar man ) did make a very good paella which was much appreciated.
Have to mention the coffee isn’t great and I found myself going to a nearby cafe to get a decent coffee.
Rooms are quite small and a little basic with a very small shower. Balconies are very small , one chair and tbh you couldn’t sit down as would feel penned in.
Thought entertainment was okay however really enjoyed the bingo nights ran by Simon. Simon brings a real energy to all of the entertainment and with his input would rate the entertainment good.
A times kids high on sugar/excitement and some lack of parental control was a little annoying however always security around to ensure no major problems .
Having 2 pools helps in that you can escape the lively pool over to a more relaxed atmosphere.
Hotel was a good 20 mins walk to beach and therefore not the best location.
A special mention to Jess and Winston both very friendly and goes a long way for how you experience your stay there .
When I consider overall in terms of price paid, hotel and our experience I would rate good.
Some are rating excellent which baffles me a bit . Maybe they are the ones with kids high on sugar whilst they let them loose on everyone else 😉.
