Rooms were clean and comfortable. Looked newly renovated. Better than most motel 6s and other mid tier roadside hotels. Bad, only no coffee in the morning that was promised

Check in staff was nice. Informed check in staff who was a male that our friend will be in room and we will be extending stay so if possible we would love for him to stay in same room since he is handicap. They said that was ok . On check out/ re up day we were called saying we needed to re up him, thats fine, they them refused to do so saying we violated a rule of having him there. Maris manager created issues that didn’t have to happen. Was argumentative but FROM HER OFFICE…cowardly in her RUDENESS. Life has fun with ppl like you Maria..its easy to be nice , it really is.

When checking in, I thought the (young) staff could be a bit more friendly, less attitude! When checking out, the older woman was very pleasant. I was impressed with the room....probably the best Motel 6 bedroom ever!

They charge 100 for deposit when checking out they said they were keeping my deposit for damages to room when asked what they were they said that they found the lid to ice bucket under bed and their was a small black spot the size of a dime on sheets. They said sheets were ruined and they threw them in dumpsters I asked them to call the police they wouldn't. So I went to dumpster in which they told me sheets were in and they were not in there they also locked front door as soon as I walked out they are a rip off do not go there

Thr Jacuzzi was broken and really cloudy. Extremely early in the morning was a cacophony . We were near the maintenance cabinet and they started wheeling these really noisy trash barrels on what sounded like skateboards, but it was really some kind of weird dolly over the asphalt and cement. We had gaggles of people yelling and banging on things at all hours of the night. The people at the front desk were really good.

Had confirmed reservation for 1 bed. Arrived, told there was a 2 bed room for another $100. Rejected. After 30 plus minutes, finally a 1 bed room plus $100 breakage fee. Informed room would be checked at 11 am, 3-4 days before extra fee dropped. Not interested in staying at Motel 6 again

Filthy Pit of Dispair
The neighborhood is unsafe. The room was filthy, I saw a couple large roaches during my stay. It was also incredibly noisy, between the prostitutes and the drug addicts who are fixtures at this particular motel. To top the entire unpleasant experience off, I had to deal with an extremely rude teenager who works at the front desk, I believe her name is Serena. Every time I had dealings with her she treated me as if I was some vagrant off the street instead of like the paying Customer that I am. I tried to be cordial with her at the beginning of my stay, but by the end, I was absolutely done with her. Some people shouldn’t work in Customer Service!
