Manager has condescending tone towards employees and guests. Night desk clerk seemed disorganized and gave the wrong room. The next day staff tried to clean the room while occupied. Later on management and two other staff came again knocking calling themselves a search party. Manager seemed confused of the situation and but with an agresive/forceful demeanor.

There were several groups in the parking lot playing music at 11 pm and a group coming in at 3 am.

Only thing i didnt like was the toilet papaer nearly out and the coffee dispensers didnt fit. Otherwise clean and conveniently located close to airport.

This property exceeded our expectations. The check-in staff was excellent. The room was spacious. Its a bit noisy because its close to the freeway but that lends itself to convenience. Cant walk to restaurants or shops but a bunch are minutes away. We'd stay here again.

Only treadmill is out of order. Not a lot of choices in workout equipment. Breakfast is mediocre: no oatmeal, non-dairy milk. Most of the oranges in the bowl were rotten (can put finger through rind). No other fruit alternatives. Room is spacious and clean though.
