"We received a warm welcome at this hotel, which is superbly located on the seafront in Binz. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was excellent and the bar was pleasant. The pool and spa facilities were very good and you are also able to book beach chairs on the hotel’s private stretch of beach.
This is not a part of Germany that is popular with the British, which probably added to its charm. It is a hidden gem."
"Everything was absolutely perfect.
Proposal: in case the car charger is a feature that could be available, please make that parking slot possible to reserve"
"Bijzonder fijne ervaring in dit klassieke hotel vlak bij zee (klassieke inrichting past bij de omgeving). Ruime kamer met groot balkon en mooi uitzicht. Restaurant prijzig, beperkt menu en kwalitatief acceptabel. Wel mooi buitenterras. "
"I enjoyed this stay more than I was expecting to. I was on a solo road trip, and thought I'd stop by the beach, since it was so close. I wish I had stayed longer! The hotel was way better than I expected from the pictures (I got the updated room with the wood floors and an unexpected partial sea view). The shower-only bathroom is small if you're not used to European-sized bathrooms, but it was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room also had more amenities than I expected like...
"Loved the thermal swimming pools, proximity to the beach, and the excellent breakfast buffet with freshly cooked food, if desired. The room was a very generous size. "

"Surprising good hotel, considering the modest price and huge scale. It's not as charming as the old Victorian-style guesthouses in Binz, but it's right on the beach, and rooms are surprisingly spacious and everything is squeeky clean. We even had a small balcony, looking on to the forest. Dogs are allowed for an extra €10. Mini tea kitchen and plenty of space for clothes. Nice touches for a beach resort, such as a hoover (for all that sand) and a clothes dryer (for wet swimwear). Not bad at all.
But don't expect personal service - this is a HUGE place. And it's on the outskirts of Binz, about 15 minutes walk from the centre/pier. No breakfast provided - but plenty of other places, along the beach promenade. "

"The location is nice, close to the beach. There is a band playing at the ground floor sometimes in the evening till 10 pm. The breakfast and dinner buffet was good. The pool is smaller than thought.,but very nice, usually full of kids playing there.
The bed is very disappointing, very uncomfortable : there were two single mattresses on a double bed. The bedsheet was not changed during our stay at all as there was a chocolate stain on it. "
