The Frenchie is such a lovely oasis. I stayed for two days and felt like I had been at a retreat for a week. The decor is lovely, every detail perfect, the food is delicious and I couldn't have loved the pool area more!

Beautiful property but I do have some suggestions 1) Not having a paved sidewalk or ramp at the entrance made it difficult to get my suitcases in the facility. Recommend a Sadie walk from the Peking lot of the main house to the parking spots. 2)There were three spiders in the bathroom and nine in the room. 3)Please put the room number on the confirmation email.

Hi Glenda! Thanks so much for your feedback. 1) We do have a ramp on the side entrance for guests needing to use a ramp. In keeping with the style of the property and with Round Top as a whole we do not have any paved sidewalks but do offer walkways with pavers. 2) I'm so sorry there were spiders in your room! The Farmhouse is a restored 1800's home so we do sometimes have bugs even though we have exterminators spray regularly. Please let us know next time and we are happy to come to your room to eliminate them for you.3) We have staff onsite to help guests with check in including letting them know which room they have booked if they have any questions about the room number. We will certainly check again to see if there is a way to add the room number on emails coming through Expedia. Thanks again for your feedback and we'd love to have you stay with us again sometime!

Website had very little detail. Self-checkin was weird. Room was curious with bathroom in adjacent hallway. Eclectic and nice.
