The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had we paid for 3 people - 2 adults and one child. when we were checking in at the hotel. We were told our reservation is only for two people and we have to pay extra. Disappointed with the view so we were moved to a higher up room but the view wasn't much better. As a vegan, I pre warned the staff on reception but all I could have for breakfast every day was cereal and oat milk - not good value for money. The building is big and impressive but a little tired and dusty in some areas. The corridors outside the rooms could be quite noisy, with doors banging etc. Good location though and very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend the hotel to others, but I probably wouldn't stay there again. Was very clean, lovely bright rooms, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast and bar area and really nice roof terrace for aperitivo! Literally the only thing that I would have liked is a coffee machine in the room but the bar had very nice coffee anyway. I would definitely recommend."
