We liked the balcony and mountain view. Also the water bottle filling station was a great service. Could use more bathroom amenities like shower gel or another bar of soap for the tub/shower.

Great value!! Would definitely stay again.
One of the best “two star” hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was so clean. The rooms were large with a sitting area and kitchenette. The indoor pool and hot tub were AMAZING—both were big and the pool room was nice/very clean (apparently they are new!) Good location, decent continental breakfast. Want to specially call out the staff, who were awesome. They let us check in early no problem, were super quick and helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the AC, and let us into the pool a bit early one day (so the kids were able to get in one last swim before we got on the road.) 10/10, such a great value.

A little dated but a clean, comfortable hotel
Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I would have liked a softer pillow, but otherwise the bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. The coffee maker didn't work, but there was plenty of coffee at breakfast which was good and hearty--perfect start to a cold day that included lots of hiking.

Shirts!
Left two expensive dress shirts in the closet, my mistake for sure. Called the hotel the day of check out to inform them and hopefully find a way to have shirts send to me. Was told cleaning would check and call me if found. No call. Somebody got a couple nice shirts for themselves.

We had a reasonable size room with two queen beds, the bed and pillows were super comfortable - I would probably stay again based purely on that! The hotel is in a good location and we have lovely views from our balcony. The room had a small kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. There is an indoor pool and spa, which we made good use of, even in the cold weather. Breakfast was included for the duration of our stay - though the food wasn't anything to rave about. The staff at reception and in the breakfast room were not the most helpful or friendly, though having said that they weren't rude. I did ask for change for the laundry on one occasion, and the man at the desk made me feel like it was a massive inconvenience - and this was after I had initially been waiting for 5 minutes while he was on a personal call in the adjacent room. I did however find the maintenance staff to be very friendly - they were working on various things around the property during out stay. My only frustration, and this could be just something with Best Western, is that 3 weeks after checking out, I am still waiting for my holding deposit to be released on my credit card.

It was exceptionally clean. Good service. I felt that it was a fabulous price. Veterans days so the National Park was free. A very nice deal for once.

We booked this hotel at the last min. We originally booked at another hotel but the room was unclean, meaning it had stains on the bedding. We arrived at Best Western Plus a few mins after booking and they already had our reservation and print out ready. Check in was smooth. The gentleman that checked us in was pleasant. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The room was a little off since it had a window from the sitting room that did not have a view. It was blocked by the roof of the entrance. Maybe they could have designed this better. Overall it was a nice experience for me and my family.

Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean/renovated and felt brand new. LOVE that there was ceiling fan above the bed--plus for those who need to have a fan while sleeping!! The free Breakfast had amazing options--eggs, green chili, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, pancakes, etc...very pleasantly surprised at all the options for a Best Western. Great job!

Better than expected
I was late in making reservations so my choices were limited.I was afraid it was going to be a dump but was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and we got a room with a balcony and two king beds. Had a nice breakfast every morning before heading out to RMNP.I was $1600 for four nights, so not cheap! Probably in summer it would be less.Waiting on my $200 deposit for return!

I highly recommend this hotel!
We had a small suite with a balcony. Our view of the mountains was beautiful and the location was convenient. The room was nice and having the small kitchette area and sitting room was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was good, what you would expect. The pool and hot tub looked nice but we did not use the.m.

DO NOT BOOK WITH BEST WESTERN! I read the reviews, I should have listened to them. If you choose to pay at the hotel they will take all of the money before you even arrive. When I booked it said no payment till check in. Since then the website has been updated & it does say there will be a despite but it didnt say that when i booked. When the deposite was charged i figured it out & just let it go. The day before check in i was looking to see the final total & the deposit wasnt reflected so i reached out to hotels.com & was advised to email the hotel directly with proof after they reached out to the hotel. I did so & 2 hours after i did i was charged the remainder of our stay. I called the hotel to see what was going on & i was advised that people are shady & change their credit cards so they always require a deposit & a "pre-auth" 1-3 days prior to the reservation. I told the manager Bryan that although i understood non of this information had been communicated to me. My mom was the one paying & she doesnt use credit cards so mine had to go to secure it. These charges over drafted my account twice because of the lack of communication. In the end i asked for early checking, discount, or room upgrade and was told they wouldnt be doing anything for us other than making sure we have a room at checkin time. I even spoke with their customer service line and was told the same. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS OR DO BUSINESS! AVOID THE HASSLE.

This was a perfect location for us! We were a family of 3 and it provided the everything we needed. We originally booked for breakfast options and location. We didn't eat breakfast ever but the location was perfect for us.

A week in Colorado
Large rooms and an overall great space. Room had a mini fridge & actual freezer space. The balcony was perfect. The sunsets were amazing and we could hear the elk bugle from our balcony. Breakfast had a lot of variety & was so good. Everything was clean and fairly updated. Located close to the lake and easy access to RMNP. The staff were great. It was our 3rd year in Colorado and this is one of our new favorite places. We loved our stay and will be back next year.
