"The staff was polite and courteous from the first moment. However, upon arrival into my room, I noticed fairly quickly that the AC wasn't working. It was a muggy 80 degrees in my room. So, I cranked down the AC to 60 and left for a bite to eat. When I returned to my room, I realized the AC was broken as the temp didn't move. I notified the front desk the next morning. They told me it was restored later that morning. I returned midday to find nothing was different. I told them again it needed to be fixed as the temp in the room was 80. They offered to move me for the second night of my two night stay. It was inconvenient, but I couldn't sleep in that room at 80.
Could tell the facility is long past due for updates and renovations.
Nice bar and restaurant on 1st floor. Enjoyed the meals and drinks. Bartenders were exceptionally polite and helpful."
