The property is nice and all but they announce their breakfast as if it were a buffet. I have been to other extended stays and they have all kinds of breakfast. They only have muffins and coffee at this one, how is that a free breakfast? I hope they take off the “free breakfast” or at least upgrade it, I chose this place because of it too.

Didn’t feel safe. We felt like our car would be broken into with all the shady people in the parking lot. Also, seemed very sketch like maybe a bust would happen.

This hotel smells like animal urine from the minute you walk in to take the elevator. The beds are awful my back and body were hurting so bad from not getting a good nights rest. There’s no free Wi-Fi and the muffins that are given in the morning taste old. There’s homeless people that hang out by the trash cans, I didn’t feel safe walking back to get into the hotel from the back side. Pick another place especially if you don’t have animals with you. Awful experience.

Clean for what it was but you can hear your neighbors through every wall. Wry polite staff, but I don’t pay for a room to have to take my own trash out of my room out to the back dumpster next to a homeless guy routing through the same dumpsters at 10pm. Very clean on the inside, functional, just the little things. Like the place will probably stay again given not other choice.

Miserable nights rest!
Beds are horrible. No shampoo or conditioner, soap only. People living in hotel so upper floors you could hear stomping around at 1:00 in the morning. Miserable experience. Never again will we stay in a hotel like this. Only positive, front staff was extremely friendly.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting inside and out. I did not even finish my two night stay there. I left with my children elsewhere for the weekend. It was VERY dirty. I do not even think the towels provided were washed. There were two buses with people living in them in the parking lot. They were blasting music and skateboarding in the parking lot throughout the night and early in the AM. The front desk clerk even asked me what floor I would like since it was a Friday and people were partying. Mind you, we were nowhere near bars nor is this a party city. PLUS, I checked in at 9:45PM! The whole experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. I tried calling in to getting refund, but have been unable to reach anyone. This is not a place I recommend anyone to stay especially with children.
