Independent house with amazing lake view and swimming pool

Elegant independent apartment of 65 square meters, all on the same floor, easily accessible for the disabled. The private entrance from a large terrace and garden with flowers and olive trees of about 300 square meters, equipped with gazebo with table, chairs and benches for your outdoor meals, barbecue, deck chairs and hammock. All this in front of the splendid panorama, which sweeps over the lake, the mountains and the great Montisola. Composed of bright living room with sofa bed, TV, kitchen with oven, dishwasher and a wide assortment of dishes, glasses and more for cooking. Double room with TV, bedroom with bunk beds. The bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. Equipped with parking space adjacent to the house in exclusive use and included in the price. Communal pool available and free entry, open from June to the end of September.
Free wi-fi is available throughout the house, included in the price.
Small pets allowed.

Wunderbare Wohnung in traumhafter Lage
Die Wohnung hat eine unfassbare Außenterrasse mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den See. Der Gemeinschaftspool machte diese Unterkunft perfekt für uns als Familie. Sehr zu empfehlen - ein Auto ist allerdings ein Muss, da man sonst beschwerlich runter an den See und das bezaubernde Örtchen Riva di solto kommt. Renata ist die perfekte Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Tipps aus der Umgebung versorgt, so dass wir Orte entdecken konnten, auf die wir alleine nicht gekommen sind.

Un buon indirizzo per una bella vacanza
La casa è in una località molto tranquilla e la sua terrazza offre una splendida vista sul lago d'Iseo. La casa è molto accogliente e dotata di tutto quanto può servire al soggiorno. Tutto è pulito e in ordine. La proprietaria è estremamente gentile e accogliente, sempre disponibile in caso di necessità . Procedure di prenotazione, check-in e checkout molto semplici, veloci e friendly. Decisamente un buon indirizzo per una bella vacanza.

Parfait ou presque. Maison très propre, bien située. Absence totale de la propriétaire à l'arrivée, donc manque d'information pour tout ( ex : les poubelles, les courses, fonctionnement des appareils électroménagers,etc...) Et au départ. Mais nous sommes de grandes personnes et nous nous sommes débrouillés.

Toller Ausblick von der großzügigen Terrasse
Die Wohnung ist klein aber reicht gut für drei Personen. Dafür ist die Terrasse riesig und war ideal als "Spielwiese" für unseren Golden Retriever. Renata ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut organisiert. Sie hat alle Fragen zügig beantwortet und sich um uns gut gekümmert. Die Wohnung ist nicht direkt in Riva di Solto, sondern im Teilort Zorzino am Hang. Es ist alles sehr steil aber gut zu laufen. Nur direkt in Zorzino gibt es außer einer Metzgerei keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind in Solto Collina und Riva di Solto in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Perfect stay
We had a perfect stay at Renata's house. The house is situated in a very calm area up the hill with a beautiful view onto the lake. Most of the times we had the pool all to ourselves.

Urlaub 2020 nach und mit Corona
Sehr ruhige Lage. Vermieterin kümmert sich rührend um Alles. Auch mit nur geringen italienischne Sprachkenntnissen war die Kommunikation kein Problem. Ferienwohnung sehr sauber. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub.
