"I booked this for my daughter’s 30th anniversary. She said the desk person was hard to understand. Her room had holes in the carpet which was filthy. The bed was lumpy. The night stand was dirty. Without question, the worst lodging experience she could remember. My attempts to reach Hotels.com were fruitless. Maggie, the desk agent advised me she had issued a credit to Hotels.com. I hope to learn of a way to easily resolve issues like this in the future. After decades of doing business with Hotels.com this is my first less than ideal experience. I would like to be reached at my cell phone on record as I do not enjoy texting."
