"Although it is an older hotel, I was pleasantly surprised when we entered the lobby. The staff was very polite and the lobby looks cheerful. This is also where the continental breakfast was served. Good coffee! Food was ok. Not kept hot or attended to on a couple of days. Tables not wiped off. I think it depends on who’s working (as usual). Our room was very nice! It looked freshly painted and was clean. Pool and grill area were very nice! All things considered, we will be back;)"

"Very spacious comfortable room. I would definitely upgrade to lake view next time. Impressive lobby area with lake view restaurant/bar. I wish I had the time on this visit to use the Spa. Overall, a very nice place to spend a few days. It's also within walking distance to the Village."

"I only gave this a 4 star. I have been there before when it was a 5. It is under new management and found it very strange that a resort (who charges a resort fee) was totally out of washcloths. They were kind and offered extra hand towels, but come on, Amazon is a day away for those folks who asked for one (like me)) would have been happy to just have one. So, a 4, but a fabulous place to say the least!!"
