"Great staff, terrific location, comfortable room. The only problem was the noise. Not a lot of sound insulation so we could hear everything in the hallway."

"What an iconic hotel. Great staff, room 436 amazing. Loved the decor, booked restaurant well in advance however had to wait for our table… disappointing. Staff lovely, balcony furniture on our room a bit tired looking. Food in bar excellent and food in restaurant great. Position of the hotel perfect for Pike Place Market."
