“Would recommend to anyone”
Excellent value for money, multiple high class restaurants, from buffets, to steak houses. First class entertainment. Close enough to the ski resorts, could be at Mount Rose in 40mins.Easy to use multi storey free car park.
“Circus Circus (NOT RENO).”
Provided them my laundry as requested the night before and collected at 5PM following day to find that they had not sent off my sports wear at all and nobody knew why. Apologies but no recommendations to resolve the issue. Heating was cold in the room, only one blanket supplied. Staff seemed polite but when a complaint was made, just ignored you by saying sorry about that! That was it. Food was 2* status in all the restuarants so ate out at other places. As a Casino Hotel, we were scared not to go outside or be out after 5PM past the 3 casinos tied together as it was 'dangerous', however as from London on our 3rd night we found art galleries, cinema, great eating areas and good shops 10 mins walk from the Casino! Lots to do if you look for it OUTSIDE of the downtown Casino mark. Reception said no shops or nothing to see unless we caught cab which cost us $20 each way, found out later that its $2 per person each way on the bus, straight ride 5 mins walk from the Hotel. The hotel was not interested in you if you did not spend money in their casino!
“Circus Circus, avoid!!”
The hotel check in was appalling. The general state of the hotel was barely acceptable and considerably below my expectations. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this hotel to think again and head to Vegas. I consider this a painful lesson learnt and will never return!!
