"Overall it was a nice two-day stay. However, the toilet overflowed, and when I called the front desk, the cleaning lady brought a plunger to the door to give to me. I informed the lady I didn't ask for a plunger I was letting them know the toilet was overflowing. When she came into the room and saw the toilet she stated the maintenance person wasn't coming in until 11:00 am, it was 9:00 am. Even though the person at the front desk was pleasant it was a disconnect when the cleaning lady appeared...

"The only issue i had with my stay was that guest that came with their pets. The people in the room next to us dog barked very loud and long early in the morning which was very disruptive. You hear every sound through the walls. The people outside walking their dogs you can hear as well. Other than that the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. "

"Check in was fine along with a good breakfast. We had to switch rooms because of a very poor tv reception. Beds were very comfortable and had great pillows. We along with a few others we spoke to had problems with the room keys. Had to get them done several times and still had a difficult time with them. "Good experience for the price. This is a bare bones motel but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water/water pressure. The building is close to the main road so road noise could be heard in the morning. Also, there is a poor seal around the door which let noise & outside air in. The hvac wall unit worked well. The room doesn't have carpeting so sounds echoed but i like that floors are easier to keep clean. No breakfast but that was perfect for us. "

"My room was big, it had everything I needed, a bed, a tv, A/C, and great WIFI…. Very big and clean bathroom, they provided us with towels and we were able to utilize the kitchen area. The place is truly gorgeous, in the middle of a rural zone and really close to grocery stores. I stayed for 2 weeks and I was coming all the way from Costa Rica because I was helping my daughter move into college in UNCP, my daily trip from Lumberton to Pembroke was rather quick since it was only a 20km distance....

"Decent for a quick night stay for yourself not with children or families. People live there. Like actually live there. There is a creepy field in the back so not go at night. Small roaches in room. And inconvenient parking where room was located very small room barely room to walk around in with 2 adults and a teenager. Bathroom door didn’t shut at all. LOVED THE HOT SHOWER AND WATER PRESSURE but you can not turn around in the shower if you are not smaller frame. Cleaning staff was super nicer...
