The hotel is very nice, clean and great staff. Unfortunately there is not a lot of nice restaurants nearby, mostly fast food.

I usually never post a review but I was blown away! Everything was so clean, best staff Ive ever seen at a hotel anywhere. Just cant say enough about this facility! I know I will never have to look for another place to stay because this is the only place I will ever stay!

Wow the staff here and the rooms were just out of this world. We drove from SC to WA and stopped here for one night and were very pleased with the property and staff. Super nice!

It was easy to check in and the room was clean. It was nice to have a full size fridge, stove top, microwave, dishwasher and sink in the kitchen area, as well as lots of cabinets. There were dishes for 3 (our reservation number). It was so easy to stay with our dog, and they had two areas for our dog outside as well as a water bowl and treats at the entrance. They offer a light touch housekeeping M-F, however we missed it during the week Thursday and Friday apparently even though we were out of our room before 10am both days. And it was unfortunate to not have housekeeping offered on the weekend either. So we had to use the same towels and everything for 5 days. The breakfast was convenient and offered many choices. The people running breakfast were very nice. They rotated hot choices daily, though we did have to heat up food in our microwave to feel warm enough. There were lots of fruit choices. The make your own waffles were the best. We enjoyed coffee at any time. The fitness center was nice. The pool was too cold and crowded on the weekend, but the hot tub was hot. At no fault of the hotel, some of the guests were loud, stomping and rude. We could hear our upstairs neighbors and some running in the hallway. There were enough linens and pillows for all of us. I would say this was a superior stay to other hotels I have been in. I would have liked more housekeeping, but at least it started with plenty of amenities and we were left alone.

Fruit! The place was clean, the beds comfortable, but my travel food bloated body rejoiced at actual fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet. Definitely a great stay in an area where hotel quality can be iffy.

We try to stay here whenever we are in Rapid City. Always a pleasant stay, very clean rooms and lobby, nice full size fridge and essentials in kitchen area, excellent shower heads, top name brand amenities, friendly caring and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast choices, just a wonderful hotel!!!!

The staff and service at this hotel were just wonderful. So courteous and helpful. Especially appreciated the manager of the free breakfast every morning. He happily greeted and chatted with people as they came in for breakfast and the breakfast each morning was wonderful! We loved staying at this Staybridge. Also very reasonably priced.

Really comfortable place to stay with Kids. We come to Rapid city 2-3 times/year - till now it’s the best experience. The staff is very helpful. Rooms are very spacious. Breakfast is also awesome.

Great Home Base!
The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, we even had free laundry to do yourself plenty of washer and dryers, very nice fitness room right next to laundry so you can work out while you wait, nice pool, a little cool though, nice hot tub a little strong on chlorine but we lived it! Free breakfast and on Monday to Wednesday they do a social couple of hours with a light dinner, wine, beer, soda, coffee, tea! It is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and activities! Great place we would stay there again!
Great kitchen area! Stove, large microwave, disposal, full refrigerator with ice maker that works, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker. Great!
I used the treadmill and stepmaster waiting for my clothes! There is also weights on the other side with benches!
All are clean and maintained!
Beds were very comfortable, and my husband has a bad back, and pillows are marked firm/soft

All the employees are awesome. They were friendly, helpful and customer service oriented. The hotel is modern. The rooms are clean and very nice. It is conveniently located. The breakfast was delicious. Mom-wed they have a social hour with food that is wonderful. Once night we had pulled pork, potato salad, etc. with beer and wine available. Stay here!

The hotel was new and well kept. Our room had a full sized refrigerator, nice little 2 Bunner stove, & a dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. This hotel had a very nice hot tub and pool. The breakfast served in the morning was really good and the area was kept clean. We stayed in this hotel because it was located near the center of all the places that we wanted to go see.

Great customer service
The customer service at this Staybridge Suites is above and beyond. My wife and I made a reservation several months ago for an accessible room. For some reason that request didn't make it to Staybridge and they had no single accessible rooms available. To fix this they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite with an accessible bath at no charge. We were simply overwhelmed and plan to stay at this hotel whenever we're in town.
