Dirty room. No remote control in room. 4 very small pillows.loud floor above and 3rd floor. Teens running up and down the halls after 2200

The night we arrived our bedding was dirty. We were able to get them changed pretty quick. Other than that the stay was ok. I would like to say please consider a weekly rate for traveling health care professionals. You would have loyal customers.

The staff is very friendly, rooms are quiet, beds are comfortable and the coffee was good.

They were great and really on top of everything with the State Wrestling and Basketball tournaments both being in town! Front desk staff was awesome!

Room was clean, except for behind the bedside table. The clock radio, a tube a Desitan, and two pieces of paper were behind the table. I pulled the clock radio out and put it on the table, so I wouldn’t get charged for taking it

I appreciate the cleanliness of the room I was given and the comfort of the beds. I also wanted to recognize the staff they were very kind and helpful when checking in. I will definitely be going back for another weekend there.

The bed was very bad. The trash wasnt taken out. The housekeepers never dust the room. The was blood or food on the sheets and food on the Ceiling wjd the shower was broken. We will not ve staying there again. The lady the checked us in Friday night was very rude. Went down to the office to get a bottle of water early saturday morning and waited for about 20 minutes and no one showed up to help. Every bad customer services.

The service was excellent. The lady at the front desk was looking out for me when I was in the pool and there was something a little strange happening in the workout room. She was sure to make me aware. My room needed a little help. There was toilet paper in the toilet and crumbs on the chair.

Ok place to stay. Probably won’t stay again. The bed was the worst part. We picked this place bc we stay at the Baymont in Texas every time we go home and it’s extremely nice and comfortable thinking this would be the same, but wasn’t the case. Different state different stay.

The 1st room I was put in had ants in the bathroom and garbage on the pull out table the refrigerator had food left over from other people. The 2nd room I was put in I woke up with 2 spider bites. I highly recommend DO NOT Stay at this motel!

Charged me a $250 deposit to check in for one night that will be refunded after the room is cleaned.
Used bandaid in the shower. Gross
Have stayed many times as they are close to airport.

Chair & footstool in my room were filthy… ick! No coffeemaker in my room. No screen on the window. Next door room noisy - able to hear snoring thru the walls.
