My overall experience was great. However, I was unable to connect to the hotel Wifi for my entire stay. Also the bathroom could have been cleaner upon my arrival. Overall stay 9/10. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Room was more than spacious. I would definitely book here again for future travel.

I checked into my room, only to have the bed broken and blood smeared on the wallpaper in the bathroom along with unvacuumed floors. I changed rooms. The next room was also dirty with mud on the floor. I should have left.

Unfortunately, I have no knowledge of this situation at the hotel. Was manager contacted and informed of the situation and explain what happened details? Hotel is fully renovated building all the guestroom, lobby, front desk and public spaces are brand new.

Very clean and very professional atmosphere! Gym was clean and had cold water bottles for guests! Nice touch! I loved the breakfast and the room was spotless and very spacious! Overall wonderful experience!!!!!

Multiple sports teams ranging from Little League to college. Due to the abundance of children and teens and lack of supervision, the pool area was crazy, with no towels and no housekeeping. Random trash was everywhere in the halls; when I asked for towels, I was told they were ultimately out. Complementary breakfast was a joke; they ran out of everything, including plates. While the front desk watched, one staff member couldn't keep up with cleaning and stock. They had a waffle maker but no batter for it.

Gave lower stars because this was not listed as pet friendly, however pet went to bathroom in elevator. Notified night staff. Was still in elevator next morning Also, hour left within breakfast time. They were out of most items. Power keep tripping; no waffles. We had to go out for breakfast.

ArdellaI really appreciate your comment /survey and staying in our hotel. Yes, the hotel was recently renovated and it's great hotel. No, we don't take pet at the moment and I'm not sure why pet was at the hotel...unless guest didn't tell us. I'll handle all the items you mentioned.

The staff at the desk was very helpful and nice. We went down for breakfast at 8:30 and they were out of just about everything. Even we’re out of juice and the person working was just like oh well. We often choose based on decent continental breakfast and will stay away from this brand in the future.

MistyI apologize for the breakfast situation. With training new staff members there can be issue with demands of the customer during peak breakfast hours. I'll correct this situation. I'm sorry. Normally, breakfast staff members are on top of guest needs and exceed them.

We booked a room at the property online that showed it having a hot tub and when got to the property to check in the property did not have a hot tub. Apparently there are two spring hill hotels in the area and they use the nicest property to advertise and book rooms off of then give you a room at the not so nice property. My daughter was really looking forward to the hot tub. Very disappointed.

thank you completing the survy!ReysThe hotel hasn't had hot tub in operation for 9 months and all communication of hot tub was taken from the Marriott.com website. I'm not sure where you said that hotel had hot tub communication. Hotel just completed full renovation of the all the guestrooms, public space, lobby, front desk and basically the entire hotel BRAND NEW. Have great 2024!!!!!!!!!!

I would have given higher stars, but it was not disclosed to me that the property was under construction. Jacuzzi was closed front lobby area, very cluttery disorganized. However, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was very good.

Yes, the hotel is fully renovated with brand new rooms, new lobby, new breakfast place and soon new front desk area. It's been great having new hotel. Yes, hot tub is permanently closed, but the pool still open. You're always welcomed. There noticed on Marriott.com about the hotel in renovation. Happy Holidays.

Under renovation. The workout room had the equipment, but there were no cups for water, no towels, no paper towels. The restrooms by the workout room & pool were not in service, which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was very good, especially the scrambled eggs. The staff was helpful.

No Housekeeping!
Property was being renovated. Lobby was a construction zone. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and no signs of construction on the 2nd floor. Three night stay (Thu - Sun). Was told housingkeeping would make up the room Saturday (acceptable given we needed to get ready for a wedding Saturday night). Found out our room was not on the housingkeeping list for Saturday (had to get clean towels and dispose of garbage). I understand restrictions went into place during COVID; but in a post COVID world, cleaning rooms needs to get back to normal.
