“waiting to hear”

We reserved 4 rooms for 1 night. a requst was made to adjoining rooms and in the same area. a rooms were scheduled in the same area, but when we walked into the 4th there was heavy cigar smoke. They were able to move them to another floor, that a wedding party was on and they had 2 small children. Could have worked out better.

Room was small but clean 3am lots of noise in hall way staff did take care of it in about 15 minutes 4:30 am staff wedge bill between door handle and frame also very noisey thought someone was trying to get in

We liked it. River views are available for suites and double queens--wish we had known. Room was clean, but hallways needed work.

I was pleased with the room and its design. The view wasn't much to look at, but the room was comfortable.

It was an ok hotel. Not the worst but not the best either.

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The desk employees were very helpful and the breakfast was good. The indoor pool looked very nice but I did not have time to try it out.

“Could be great place to stay for the money”

This could be a great place to stay for the money. Beds are comfy, pool area is nice, location is good. Housekeeping doesn't seem to work after noon though, so if you are late riser don't expect your room to get cleaned. Also management has no qualms booking obscenely loud bands for parties that literally rock the entire hotel. It's too small for parties like that and I am still shocked they "do it all the time." So if sleep matters to you this probably isn't the place to stay. At least not on the weekends.
