However, the lady at the front desk told us we had to pay a £100 deposit even though we had already paid for the room in advance. We paid this as we were told it would automatically return into the account. The money has not been returned and I have tried to call to sort this out multiple times but the manager is extremely rude and couldn’t care any...

"Very clean and modern room, location walkable to Gare du Nord. Street was a bit noisy on a Friday evening but quite quiet on a Saturday morning. Friendly front desk, easy check in. I would def stay again. "
