"After reading the reviews for this place, I was expecting to be staying in a dump with bedbugs. Upon walking in, the room was fairly clean. Bathroom was okay. Nice shower, but mold on shower curtain. Ice machine did not work. 1 washer, 1 dryer that were always in use. No elevator. Took me a day to get an extra blanket. For a cheap motel, I would stay there again. "

"This was the second time that we stayed here. It is very peaceful. We love watching the beautiful sunsets from the back deck. There's nothing like relaxing by the water. We enjoyed riding our bikes along the bike path right outside the front door. Plenty to do up and down the river: museums, shops, restaurants, and outdoor recreation. Most places are within a 30-minute drive or less."

"My friends and I stayed here over a long weekend for a wedding in Davenport, and we had the best time. The house is super cute, quaint, and quiet.
