Great staff - needs more information as the ocean is just at end of road and great trail along it and can walk on the ocean. Arival is confusing but could be easy with better wording. Drove around for a while to figure it out. Just need to drive and park in back in parking lot and then can enter building from back. Wonderful view - will def be back

Don’t let those pictures fool you, our condo was amazing. It is three floors, two large big balconies one overlooking the pool one overlooking the marina. We stayed directly across from the pool. The free parking was right down the street. It has a washer and dryer to full bathrooms two bedrooms it was awesome. Great location very close to a lot of things to do. The beach was a little dirty just because they had super big waves, but it was still a beautiful beach lots to walk. There’s also an area in Palm Del Mar, that has restaurants, little shops, a grocery store, even a barbershop. I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly. They also had a little coffee shop that serve breakfast and lunch and the food was great there as well.

Property in and of itself is clean. Staff is friendly and responsive. Pools are nice. Palmas Del Mar, which is the development it's on has a nice courtyard area with 5-6 restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a little convenience store. The only downside, juat so you are aware, is the beach. It's effectively unuseable. Sargasso seaweed, direct large waves, rugged. (Don't get me wrong, it's very pretty but if you have kids and the thought is utilizing the beach. It's going to be a challenge.

Nice location and facilities, 5 minutes walk to the beach. We had a two bedroom villa facing the marina. The bed was very comfortable, the place was quiet. It was well equipped with a dishwasher and washer and dryer. The resort is older, but well maintained. There are stairs in the units that could be problematic for people with mobility issues. Prior to our visit, we had read several reviews complaining about the parking. Parking was not an issue for us, it is just a couple of minutes from the units and reception area. The resort has two nice pools with loungers for guests to enjoy.

My husband and I stay at Park Royal was nice. I like all the amenities that provided. We stayed in room C1046 and when we first walked in there was a smell damp smell. The last day of being there, in the one of the rooms water was coming coming from somewhere.

CONS: No elevator (we have a baby/toddler so lots to bring up and down!) $25/night parking - when she told me $75 this is for private parking I asked if there was anywhere else she said no. There was a lot 2 mins down the road that’s free! The AC was very loud in the unit- not sure why They put knives in the bottom drawer (smh) The door to the balcony didn’t lock (only an issue bc we have a toddler) PROS: Huge unit to stay in Clean Pool was great They have shuttles and the staff there is amazing! Will show you around the area Would stay again, would request a ground level unit
