My stay was normal until the second night, like always. I very often have a problem with my room key deactivating on the second night. I always have to go down and request them to reset my key and they always blame the deactivation on me and refuse to apologize or accept any responsibility. I told them this one time and they said do not put it in wallet. I went again and they said it has to be alone. On this occasion I had it alone in my pocket and they told me the key has to be in the little envelope that they give it inside. I went up and the key would not open door. I was locked out and was told that I would have to wait to when their maintenance person comes and it could be up to an hour. When they open it, I would have to wait for them to fix it or I can stay in my room understanding that I cannot come and go as I please. I asked for a different room and both rooms that they offered were also defective. After about an hour, they opened my room and it was just past midnight, so I said I would stay in my room. In the morning I went down to check out and the person did apologize and was very nice but said they couldn’t do anything for my troubles.
