"My wife and I had an amazing time. We really loved it! Sandra and her team did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We were fed well and the food was amazing! They really care about the rainforest and work with a local wildlife rescue that rescues animal and rehabilitates them to go back into the wild. When you stay here, you help them with their mission to protect the Amazon rainforest. Alejandro was an amazing guide and has a great eye for spotting wildlife. Definitely...

"Great property. Lovely location. Quiet. They really need to get 24 hr electricity and air conditioning. Also, the food looked amazong but didnt taste good. So definitely need improvement in that aspect. Cocktails were great. "

If I had to dig deep for something to complain about it would be that the beautiful cabins don’t have AC so nights can be a little warm for sleeping. But it’s the Jungle, and warm that not the fault of the resort. "

"Hotel was nice! Close to the river, convenient place. The service was great. However, the room was not good. Although we asked for non- smoking the room smelled like cigarettes. Also, it seemed the room was recently u der constructions and there were some things out of place. Tv was not working at first and it was replaced."

"The only good part about this hotel is the air conditioning in the room. The room was spacious, but we had all kind of bugs, even some very small black insects we found in the morning in our bed. The hot water was lukewarm, the toilet got clogged directly after our arrival, the staff although friendly, could not understand a word in English. A not pleasant experience."
