Very nice staff and cleanliness. Went out and came back at 2 am and there was coffee in the reception, very nice. Would definitely book again.

It has a very good location since it is 10 minutes from downtown. The breakfast at the hotel has great service and is very tasty. You have a great variety of movies to watch inside the room. Other than that, there are a lot of abandoned buildings around with homeless people demanding money which makes you feel unsafe. The windows look directly into other rooms so if you are looking for privacy, you will have to close the curtains and use the artificial light in the room. There is no shampoo, conditioner or soap, you have to bring your own. There is no hair dryer or storage drawers. They only give you 2 towels and 2 pillows even though the room is for three people. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything that happens in the corridors from 6 am, also, you can hear a lot of noise through the bathroom vent. There are very few parking spaces available and you have to leave it in Valet Parking.

The hotel picture looks like basic, but actually the it is behond my expectation. The room is big, quiet, the breakfast is fantastic meno. It is very good stay and will recommend for friends.

Loa Inn is a great place in the heart of Puebla. Close to the Cathedral, the Convention Center, so many amazing places.to eat, and lots of attractions to explore, like the tunnels .... (Paseo historico 5 de Mayo and Paseo de Bibas)

The property seemed to have been recently renovated. However, they seem to have chosen the HARDEST cheapest mattresses for all their rooms. I kid you not, I don’t consider myself a particularly picky traveler, but you’ll be more comfortable sleeping on the bare floor than the beds at this hotel. Also, the hotel is located on a busy street, which translates into high noise levels in their rooms. Especially the ones with street views. On the plus side: all major attractions in Puebla are walking distance from this hotel.

Very undesirable hotel. Far from the historic center of Puebla. Hotel dirty and stinky. Room very shallow and small. No air conditioning in room. I did not like it at all.

Nice Basic Hotel
Great staff, clean and basic, breakfast was basic but good, one day we could order eggs the other day not? Good location but still a 15- 20 minute walk to the zocalo which made it a little inconvenient if you want a return to the hotel for a quick rest or something. For the price of $40 USD per night it's hard to really complain. Best was the staff, worst was the hard bed and no air conditioning or air system.

Great location, 8 minute walk to central plaza, lots of shops and eating places. Excellent breakfast, although they charge for the kids, they aren't included in the room price. It is clean but could be better, our little girl got very dirty crawling round floor. Overall we enjoyed the stay for the price we paid.

Well located near downtown. The hotel has not luxuries but it is clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet offers tasty hot items like egg omelets and another Mexican dishes in addition to the traditional coffee, juice, milk, cereal, pastries and fruit bars. Overall, I think is a good deal for the price if you are looking for a weekend or overnight hotel.

Nice basic hotel
I was staying at the jr suite. Big room, nice toilet and shower. Clean, no complaints. No AC and English channels though. Doesnt really need AC in Puebla, since the weather is so temperate but the room does get stuffy and lack of air circulation since the windows dont open. Breakfast was good. Location is good. Good value for the money.
