This was my 2nd time staying at this location. The 1st time it was in 2019 and the hotel was great. Unfortunately our 2nd stay it was not as good. The smell of drainage was overwhelming in the whole hotel and worse in the rooms. Breakfast was very unappealing since eggs and beans were dried and flaky.

The room is small, but it smells to sewer system, and the walls of the room are damage, is ok for a fast sleep... I did not take the breakfast so I can not say anything about the meal.

Plug next to bed did not work, had to turn off a\c to stop an awful sewage smell they invaded the room, bath mat was placed upside down, reason was it was stained on right side, hair in shower, Front office with line of people waiting and front office staff (supervisor I assume) comes out from offices with earplugs, sees everybody and goes back in without even acknowledge anyone.

The location of the hotel was not as close to the Centro as was advertised. The free shuttle service was nice and it made up for distance to the centro. Take advantage of this service. You need to ask about it the shuttle service was never offered. The driver David was a great source of information as he was born there and had good local knowledge. The hotel itself was adequate for the price. The bed was hard and the room had a slight smell to it, but nothing overwhelming. The room was clean and that for me is the most important. The continental breakfast was pretty much what you would expect from a free breakfast. Dont go eat at the restaurant right in front of the hotel in the same parking lot. It wasbad and poor service to boot. Overall not a bad place to stay for the cost.

Terrible!!!! I don't recommended. Maybe the worst hotel in Puebla. The staff are kind but the room was Unconfort, pretty small, the carpet was old and dirty. Maybe the most smallest room that I never seen before. Your can hear all the posble noisesaround your room. Very disappointing

A wonderful experience...
Our late check-in was guaranteed. The staff was very courteous and helpful. One gentleman was very forthcoming and helpful with directions to the Suzuki dealer where I had an appointment to have my car serviced. We had reservations for only one night but decided to stay one more night. Fortunately, there was one room left. The staff provided us with all the extras we needed for the smaller room.
