“Great Place”

Loved it there. The hotel is very nice. Room was good - beds & pillows were extremely comfy. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and rushed to help with anything. Nice amenitites - pool, jacuzzi, breakfast, guest laundry. Wifi is troublesome, but not enough to keep me from coming back. Is close to freeway, but we didn't hear any noise. We will return!

“Nice and convenient”

I and my son stayed there while getting him enrolled as a freshman at BYU. While not immediately close to campus, it was close to shopping and restauarants and to I-15. Trip to campus in traffic was about 20 minutes and 10 otherwise. Staff was great, breakfast buffet well prepared and stocked, and the hotel was clean and quiet. Would glady stay there again. I have stayed at several hotels in Provo over the years and this was the best experience.

Area recommendations
The areas immediately near BYU and UVU (near the Hampton Inn where I stayed) and the area near the Mall south of town where University Blvd intersects with I-15

“Great stay.”

Great stay. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. The beds and pillows were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel. The staff was very helpful, especially with getting a movie to play. Because of the difficulties with the movie, we were not charged for it. Breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Would Stay Again--Breakfast Made Me & Family Happy!”

The stay was great. The breakfast was awesome--unlike many other hotels that offer a continental breakfast. The breakfast here had everything! Bacon, eggs, waffles, french toast sticks, muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, hot cocoa, juice, fruit and more. I'd go and stay just for the breakfast buffet! AND they served it until 10 am which was really nice cuz we were able to sleep in, which is nice when you're on a vacation! My ONLY complaint is that the carpet in the room felt sticky. That was kind of gross. I don't know why it was sticky. I'd suggest taking slippers or wear socks (which is what I did). But it wouldn't deter me from staying there again. (And that's coming from a clean freak.) It's not like we were walking on the floor the whole time anyway. The location is a really perfect spot in Orem. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Walmart is across the street. Right off the freeway too. Oh, and my room didn't have a fridge. I kind of assumed all hotel rooms had mini fridges nowadays...but that was my own fault for not checking. So if you need one, make sure it has one. Definitely would stay again.

“Very Satisfied”

Great location right off the freeway, staff was very nice and helpfull, surrounding area was quiet. IHOP right next door, 24HR Wal-Mart next block over. Continental breakfast was great (bacon, scrambled/hardboiled eggs, oatmeal,cereal, waffle maker, juice,milk, muffins to mention a few items). Room was very clean, on ly complaint is that beds were just a tad lumpy but otherwise comfortable. I would stay here again.

“Orem Hampton”

Very friendly employees, The free breakfast was very good, The bed was a little soft for us. We had some noisy neighbors and the hotel staff resolved the problem immediately. We had a good stay and will go back again.

Area recommendations
Orem, Utah is a very friendly and clean city, I did not see any areas that I would not recommend
Getting around
Understanding their street system is difficult because the streets are all numbers (ex. "E 1250 S st.") Bring a GPS if you have one.
